I went in yesterday and ordered a family box of tenders and a spicy chicken sandwich. First I get home and it’s not even chicken tenders it’s legs, wings and thighs. Then my chicken sandwich had nothing on it a few dabs of the spicy sauce and that’s it. And the best part? I got nauseous and threw up after eating that nasty chicken sandwich. Popeyes used to be the place to go to, now? I’m not going to this location ever.

I went there about forty minutes ago. The only person there was the young lady taking our orders. There was not any other employees behind her. She had to start putting the orders together. First time she gave me the wrong order. When she handed me one of the orders I had , it was wrong as USUAL!! When she handed me the order, it was wrong again.She forgot the apple pie.I felt bad for her because she was stuck by herself. I asked for the manager and I was told he was busy in the back. This is the last damn time I am Going to Popeyes!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This current manager was not helping this poor girl at all! He should have been more observant and help his employee get orders CORECTLY!!!!!Never ever AGAIN!!!! This is not my first time having a problem with popeye’s but it would definitely be the last!

I went around 4 and got a 10 piece family meal. The large side was a Cajun rice!! The Cajun rice is spoiled! I called the store and asked for a manager! The guy said he was one. I told him that I just got a meal and the rice dressing was spoiled. He hung up on me and took the phone off the hook! It’s been and hour and 6 minutes and the phone is still off the hook! Something needs to be done with this so called manager!!!!! Since the phone is off the hook.. I’ll be there tomorrow!

Horrible service. Would not recommend eating here. Long lines. Rude employees and they say the lobby is open till 10 for mobile pickup but they lock the doors 1-2 hrs early.

I pull up in the drive thru and order a freddy fazbear box + a sideo of red beans and rice. 3 spicy tenders and a few cheesy bites. Everything was looking great. I pulled up to the window, paid, and waited about 5 minutes before being sent to “spot 3” because they had no tenders at the moment. There were already two vehicles waiting in the first two spots, so now it is not looking good. I wait patiently for about another 15-20 minutes in my car. See the man in the first spot go in because he was waiting for his food longer than I was. He then left with his food, so I went in to see if I could get my food because I thought “ah maybe they just forgot about us because we’ve been outside for 20 minutes.” So I went in to get my food, was not greeted, was not acknowledged in any way for about 3-5 minutes of just standing up. While waiting, I observed how the kitchen was functioning. The workers were very relaxed, in no rush whatsoever, kept yelling that they needed more food but from what I could tell nobody was cooking. Then the manager came right up to the counter- did not acknowledge me- and began to talk about how she “has to open in the morning” with another employee. They talked to each other for about 1-2 minutes saying things like “Already had two people come in and get refunds. I told them there was going to be a wait and then they get mad when they have to wait!” after their conversation was over, the manager finally acknowledged me asking if I needed to place an order. I said “im just waiting on tenders” and they say okay. After they knew what I was in there for, I waited for about another 5-10 minutes. I saw plenty of chicken and strips just sitting in their designated areas, but maybe JUST MAYBE it isnt the right kind. Finally the drive thru lady came and handed me my food. I will give her credit for apologizing for the wait, however when I got into my vehicle I of course checked the bag. Welp, they forgot my red beans and rice side. So I went back in and waited to be acknowledged once again because there was no one up front. Then the drive thru lady once again had to hand me my red beans and rice.
After all of this, I open the meal and see soggy cheese bites and feel 3 cold, spicy tenders. After I looked at the cheese bites I remembered the drive thru lady saying “UH why the cheese bites look like thatttt????” while putting them in my box. That comment made sense at that moment. As for the tenders, I’m not entirely sure how they could be cold if I had been waiting on them. And the side of red beans and rice…. 90% rice man… Come on popeyes.
This is the second time I’ve waited over 30 minutes for food at this store alone. I really want it to be good because abbeville needs it, but I will not be going back until something changes. I would advise anyone reading this to stay away unless you have the time to wait over 30 minutes for cold chicken. I think the workers need to get a sense of urgency and aim to provide quality food to the people who are counting on them.
I tried, popeyes, but all of you inside have let me down.

We had amazing service tonight after my boys football practice. As a family of 5 it’s sometimes chaos when trying to order and get things together, but Laticia and the staff made our experience memorable. She loves children and is so outgoing. We will be back!
