I ordered online at 8:43pm and paid. Drove to the store only to be told they were out of classic and spicy chicken two hours before closing time and would not complete my order. I should’ve been notified instead of wasting gas coming to this poorly managed restaurant. I opened a customer support ticket on the website to get a refund, and haven’t been assisted yet. I will not return to this location and I want my money back for the food they refused to cook.

every single time i come here the food is amazing, the staff is very slow and sometimes rude whenever i ask to customize aspects of my order. today i had ordered a large coke, they were out of large cups and offered two smalls instead. that does not equal a large cup at all. then, they did not give me my fries which happens every single time. normally i check my bag before i leave but i waited 25 minutes for my order. the food had no fries. i live 30 minutes away and i was very disappointed to bring home a bag of food to my family that was missing the fries. very little aspect yes but this is a very consistent issue that happens nearly every time i come into the store. the workers need to pay more attention to what they’re doing and be kinder to customers.

I accidentally ordered from the wrong town. I’m an hour and a half away from Bogalousa. However, they Will not cancel an order for you. Call the store and they tell me I have to use the app. Use the app it tells me to call the store and speak to them. Call the store and they basically tell you they robbed you. They just keep saying they can’t cancel an order. No attempt at helping. Why would the app tell me to contact the store directly?

Asked for 2, 3piece chicken thighs was told we weren’t allowed to order more than 3 at a time. Asked for root beer which was on the menu and was told they don’t carry that – when we mentioning that is should take it off of the menu then the rude lady excuse me what do you mean and we explained if they don’t carry root beer then it shouldn’t be on the menu. Management definitely needs to step in and work on customer service training because it is definitely unexceptional the 2 different times we have visited after moving here 2 weeks ago. I ordered red beans as rice as a side with my 3 piece thigh and there was only 6 beans in the rice and almost nothing else see photo for reference.

Food is okay. The main problem this place has is lack of management. Disrespectful employees. The number one thing they always really good at is GETTING YOUR ORDER WRONG. Even with a receipt that spells it out. They manage to get a mobile order or front counter order wrong each time and send you off with something missing on your order.
