Great quality food! The layout is very inconvenient, though. The food ordering window and the drink ordering and pay window are two different windows, and all the staff eventually has to stop what they’re doing to bring people up and take orders. There’s no set staff or anything so everything slows down.

I love their hearty bagels made with special water. On Sundays, forget about it, the line is out the door, literally. But i still line up because Biff’s is the Best and they love dogs.

Tried to order the southwest turkey melt, but not hot, as I am about to drive 4 hours and want it for lunch later. Was forced to order the turkey club and add jalapenos, which is a different sandwich (bacon and lettuce) plus it’s more expensive. Not sure why just not putting the melt under the broiler was not an option…

Drove past and decoded to stop in for a bagel. It was quite busy! Seems like a local favorite place. Although there was a line, it didn’t take too long to order or get out food. We got the Asiago bagel with eggs, cheese, and pastrami and it was great. The place is named after a dog and there are dog tributes throughout with bones, paw prints, etc. as a dog lover, this just made us love Biffs Bagels even more!

We visited around 9am on 6/22/2021. The staff was friendly and helpful, even though it was a busy morning for them. The bagels were fantastic. We ordered 3 different bagel sandwiches and all more than satisfied! Also, the fresh juice options were a major plus – the grapefruit specifically was the perfect compliment. We are full and happy! Can’t wait to return to the Flagstaff area soon.

I was told to bring lunch during a trip with my boyfriend to the Grand Canyon. We looked up places in Flagstaff to buy sandwiches. Biff’s Bagels looked good so we stopped in two order two to go mentioning that we will eat them in a few hours. The man who took our order and packed the mayonnaise and mustard separately. After taking in some of the beautiful views of the Grand Canyon we stopped to eat. The bagel sandwiches looked so delicious! The pictures I took were our first looks at them! They tasted so yummy! We both got the same sandwich, turkey, bacon, avocado, but different bagels. My boyfriend got the jalapeño bagel and I got the spinach and cheese bagel! We really enjoyed the bagel sandwiches! We kept saying “this is so good! Oh my gosh!” We barely used the mayo and mustard. They were that great! Thank you Biff’s!
