This place needs an overhaul and new direction. I understand when guests come through and cause havoc but don’t allow that to affect your performance. My trip to Popeyes was anything but tasty. The chicken and the fries were cold. I didn’t bother to go back because it would have been a waste of time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE. It should be closed down and reopened under new management/ ownership.

No tea, no coleslaw when I got to window to get order they hadn’t put my mashed potatoes on order. When I asked for it to be added they said oh, I’d have to go in the back to get it and I think we’re out. What kind of service is that and at 1:30 in the afternoon. Won’t be going back

Very slow service. The dining room door was locked. I waited almost 15 mins in the drive-through line before even getting to the intercom. Once I finally got to the window, I was told to park at the end of the narrow drive-through lane to wait for my food which had been ordered before getting there via the app. It took another 15 mins before the food was brought out to me. When I got home I discovered that items were missing from my order. Tried to call but no one answers the phone. Better management is needed.

This is probably the absolute worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to my second time there and I sit in the drive-through for 20 minutes after someone came on the speaker and said they would be right with me. There was not a single person in the line, nor did anyone go through directly in front of me I ask is there anybody there am I gonna get to order? Nothing absolutely completely ignored I even drove through to stop at the window and the person turned their back on me at the drive-through window.

I know prices are going up but I just paid 60$ for a 20 piece family meal and I was told the receipt machine is down. Never again!!! seems more like someone pocketing money . I get home I have no biscuits 2 small red beans and my chicken is sitting in a box of grease.

This is got to be the slowest Popeyes I have been to. I know they only want to keep their drive thru times down but getting tired of having to pull up and wait for food. I can go to rouses and back home and fry my own chicken in the 40 mins I waited. So much for FASTFOOD. Then they messed up the order. This is sad.
