I don’t eat Popeyes often. However, I really wanted a chicken sandwich. The place was clean, and the service was fast, but the chicken sandwich was lukewarm. the pickles were ok, but I paid for more. If It was fried fresh and not taken from under a heat lamp, it wouldhavebeen better. The chicken between the bread was smaller than I remember. It was ok , but not Popeyes best. I won’t ever order that again.

I just went in there with a coupon I got in the mail, and I was REFUSED service as they claimed someone else had already used that same coupon. With the same number and all but it would be impossible as I just cut it out from the page, they wanted me to pay the full price, I was extremely upset. Even when i explained this to them they still refuse to give me my coupon. I never had such horrible service before.

On Mardi Gras morning as soon as they opened I got sour red beans and old chicken ON MARDI GRAD that’s ridiculous. I got 2 big box combos I asked for extra ketchup I got 4 in total and a window slam like I was a bum or something

I know prices are going up but I just paid 60$ for a 20 piece family meal and I was told the receipt machine is down. Never again!!! seems more like someone pocketing money . I get home I have no biscuits 2 small red beans and my chicken is sitting in a box of grease.

This is got to be the slowest Popeyes I have been to. I know they only want to keep their drive thru times down but getting tired of having to pull up and wait for food. I can go to rouses and back home and fry my own chicken in the 40 mins I waited. So much for FASTFOOD. Then they messed up the order. This is sad.

Everything that I ordered was fresh and delicious. Thank you, workers, for a pleasurable dining experience. Well, all the positive comments I said above are negated by the action of the general manager. Today, I went to get me my Popeyes order that I always get, which is blackened tenders with coleslaw and cajun rice. I normally spend like $15 or $16 on my meal alone. Today, I had a coupon for two can dine for $10.99, and I went to use the coupon, and the general manager says you can’t get the blackened tenders with this coupon. Now, I’m not one to argue, but this manager has checked me out multiple times, and I have used this coupon multiple times. She, of course, didn’t remember our encounter and denied that she has done this, but I have receipts, literally. Nowhere on the coupon does it say you can’t get blackened tenders. It just says signature chicken or tenders, classic or spicy. When I was walking out, she said a comment about its just a coupon, sir, but she was condescending about the situation. Look, we can all agree that the price of food is astronomical, and minimal wage has not caught up to inflation. I’m trying to save Dat money anyway I can. I’m so disappointed in this Popeyes because it is always something with this store location. Last week, my coworker and I walked out because they had a line, and I witnessed a worker take a piece of chicken out of the big basket that they keep under the heat light and eat a bite because they mixed up the mild and spicy. Maybe I’m wrong, and I will own that fact. However, they should specify on the bottom of the coupon in the little tiny writing.

I visited here and this place is awesome. There are very few places that all guys work and it was flowing. Everyone was helping each other and getting the customers taken care of. Good job to the management Mr Arthur and Mr Clarence. Employees kept their cool while it was busy and stayed professional. I definitely wish more Popeyes would be like this. I wouldn’t mind eating here all the time. U don’t have to take my word for it, watch them yourself.

Come to this Popeyes slot . I placed an online order for about fifty dollars. Well my food was there expect my spicy chicken sandwich. We couldn’t get three sandwich that night. Couldn’t get the sandwich the next day beside the night time cashier had an nasty attitude about why I couldn’t get no sandwich and how they don’t have nothing to do with someone else shift. I ran Popeyes for years. I know that’s a lie. Well still this day I haven’t received the missing food that I pay payed for.

Ordered online for pickup. Upon arrival, staff has no idea of the order. After 10 minutes of arguing over the food I paid for, the manager tells me there’s absolutely nothing they can do I will have to get a refund. Which she also can not provide. So now I’m without food, or a refund. STEER FAR away from this horrible location and their untrained, unhelpful, management staff. They truly act like your a bother in their establishment..

What happened to accommodating the customer? Aren’t they always right? Or at the bare minimum.. get what they pay for?
