What a clean, fast, friendly place to come to and eat. The customer service was really nice, it was fast, friendly, the environment was extremely clean and well-kept, it was a lot nicer than most chicken places, and the food is always was exceptional. I would definitely come back again, it’s definitely worth a trip if you want something to snack on or you just want to come in and get a sweet treat, and my order was done perfectly. It’s nice to come into a clean restaurant that has you wanting to return.

The current $6 box is a good deal, we had a two piece meal 2 regular sides, mashed potatoes and gravy pretty good and beans and rice that were awsome. The second was the three strips very good, same sides, oh and a biscuit with honey very nice. The building was clean but very cold but ok, the music was loud but was eventually turned down that helped the whole meal.

There are three things you can count on in life. Death, taxes and a bad experience at Popeyes. Most of our food was fresh. The cashier argued with us about what we were trying to order because the menu board didn’t match her screen. She wouldn’t even turn around to look at the menu. Then the lobby tables were all dirty. The music in the lobby was turned up so high it was painful to the ears. Will not be back. Would not recommend at all. Go to Chick-fil-a for your chicken needs.

Update Sept 2025 Chicken was hot and fresh, rice and beans was nice- not watery at all. Popeyes no longer offers green beans, no more hot vegetables. Customer Service 5 Stars! The employee that took our order in drive thru was very professional and pleasant.
2024 Chicken luke warm, red beans and rice watery like they tried to stretch the beans and taste non… no flavor. This is the worst first time quality zero, zero stars. We were told they were short and only could do till there delivery tomorrow 14th August. Customer Service 5 stars.

I was too busy working on dissertation Sat night to cook, family was hungry, and they wanted fried chicken. Took family here, ordered two family packs of 8 pieces all drumsticks with one set of 8 original and other set of 8 spicy both with mash potatoes, and ordered a number 4 with mashed potatoes. Asked for 3 large drinks. Paid $75 and some change. We got the 3 large drinks, waited 30 min assuming they had to cook the drumsticks, had to go and ask for our order which was never started, and we got what we did not ask for.
The Spanish speaking women taking my order could barely speak or understand English. They couldn’t tell me which container had spicy or non spicy chicken and items were just missing in my order. See photo for example of what we got for mash potatoes with our 2 family orders and the number 4. It should be 3 containers of mash potatoes but if you look at the quantity we we really one got one large container and no gravy. The chicken we got was more or less the same in quantity. I had to complain that 8 + 8 = 16 pieces of drum sticks. We ended out not get 16 pieces of drum sticks.

I don’t know what’s going on but if it’s the same area supervisor they need to be fired. The first time it was the old crew which barely opened the store now you’re sitting in the stupid thing making a order at the drive-thru and 10 minutes later they still haven’t responded to you. Tell you to wait I don’t have that time to screw around with. They need to fire the supervisor because that’s ridiculous

Today I went to Popeyes, I really like to try collaborates at different places so I ordered the freddy fazbear meal. The food i quite liked, I do wish it was hotter but things happened. What I did not like was the younge boy taking my order he was rude, didn’t tell me my order, read the price to me until I waited to hear it and didnt give me my receipt. On top of that he gave me the wrong drink and when I asked to him to switch it. He infact backed talked me and said that “thats what I ordered” then sighed and went to change it (he also got it wrong again but im not to mad at it because I wasn’t specific enough on what flavor of fanta I wanted). I like Popeyes food but with this costumer service I can see why I never see anyone there.

I just need to know what is so hard about going to the back, stocking your line, and putting the sauces that customers order and pay for into the bag. What is so hard about that? It is laziness plain and simple. It’s gotten to the point where I don’t order from here unless I have 35 minutes to wait around for my order to be corrected. If it isn’t forgotten sauces, then it is items missing, or incorrect drinks, or even getting the entire wrong order.

Manager yelled at me and wife for parking in her parking lot and getting out of our vehicle. If I hadn’t already had food ordered I wouldn’t have bought from them. Staff was pleasant enough. Atmosphere of establishment was don’t get food here.
