I’ve had much better from a different store. Stopped by on my way home, and we had chicken tenders and shrimp. I got 1 full tender and a piece of scraggly piece. I asked for spicy but got regular. The wife got one piece about half a tender and some scraps. The tenders were lukewarm. The popcorn shrimp was good. They were out of mac and cheese. Doesn’t even offer dirty rice. Beans and rice were good and hot, too. I will get Pope’s chicken from somewhere else.

This location has gone way down hill in the last few months. I the last several orders I’ve gotten here have been cold and far substandard to the point. I haven’t even finished them. Today was by far the worst, Mac and cheese was maybe 1/3 full and I only got 3 tenders in a 5 piece order. Did end up mattering because I couldn’t eat the 3 I got they were beyond disgusting. I don’t even understand how that’s possible during the noon lunch rush.

Avoid this location!!! Place is disgusting, dirty, almost all drinks were out. No condiments. Paper menus because screens don’t work. Took forever to get food. only reason I stayed is because they had my money. I didn’t see how bad it was till I started looking around more. This location has no pride in their jobs or this building. They should be ashamed to show their faces at work. Even worse adults are working here not kids.

Unreal experience tonight. I don’t know if it was the drive thru order takers first day or what the issue was. It took forever just to place the order. She clearly is not familiar with the menu. She never confirmed or told me the total or even told me to pull around. At the window the guy opened it, took my card, ran it, handed it back to me. No total, no receipt, did not speak a word. Really? That is some stellar customer service. Needless to say I did not get the right food. I’m shocked that anything happens at this place.

This is the most trashy nasty restaurant. I do not see how they are open. I got out my car to go in and order my food. I was met with a very dirty nasty floor, trash on the floors and tables very dirty. They had so much chicken sitting in the window however no one was making orders. Once they started fixing orders we still had to wait because the chicken had been sitting in the window so long, that the manager did not want to serve it to anyone. We asked one lady if she could assist with orders? She said I do not know where the gloves are. I was done. I will never again go to this Popeye’s.

I’ve gone there the past 2 nights and it’s taken a ridiculously long time to order and get the food. yesterday, I seriously was waiting forty minutes in the drive thru. I got up to the window and asked for extra sauce and the worker said it would cost extra (this is after I already paid). Like I seriously have been waiting for 40ish minutes and you’re going to charge me for sauce? Ridiculous considering I got 10 tenders and only TWO sauces came with it. terrible customer service.

I work for Door Dash. Earlier this week the cashier told myself and another person picking up for Door Dash that they didn’t have anymore chicken sandwiches. We left, but I came back for another order and he appeared to be warming up chicken sandwiches and saling them to customers that had ordered them. It seemed to take atleast 6 to 8 minutes to warm them up. Tonight I was Door dashing again and the store was very busy they were waiting on food to be prepared and getting orders mixed up. I waited 45 minutes for a chicken sandwich combo and a kids meal. Unacceptable. How can you fix this?

My husband and I came out of town for some business. This is the 1st time we ate here and it was very disappointing. My chicken looked like it was laying around for a while so I went up to the desk to have it exchanged Then my husband got spicy chicken instead of regular check in and the place could have been a little more cleaner.
