I just had the best customer service experience that I’ve had in a very long time!! When we pulled up at the drive thru & we’re greeting by this sweet genuine voice. Her name is Callie, not sure if I’m spelling that correctly lol. She was so kind & helped us place our order so that we would get the best deal for our money. Then we get to the window & are greeted with a big, beautiful smile & the same kind voice. I told her that I had been having a bad day & she actually made me smile. Amazing kind people like her do make a difference in my book.

Absolutely horrible location…
The people are disgusting. The location is sketchy at best. And the orders are wrong 90% of the time , if they even HAVE your order. Highly suspect they do things like claiming they never received an order just I literally watched them bag just so they can take home your food to feed their 9 kids…

To start with the young man who was helping with front counter on Christmas Eve was great and my food was great. On the other hand the lady who took my order who I’m guessing was the manager by the way she was talking to the other employees was extremely rude she was cussing not directly at me but was cussing and rushing through my order acting like I was burdening her by coming in to order my food it made me feel like me being there was a problem and like she did not want to service me I understand everybody has bad days but being rude to customers and too your staff in front of customers is unprofessional and I have escalated this to corporate because if you can’t handle working in a environment where you have to have good customer service you should not be working there at all. I’ve never felt the need to leave a review on a restaurant but the way I was treated on Christmas Eve has bothered me and stuck with me until today.

For the first time EVER we received great service in the drive through line! And we’ve been more than 4 times in the past couple months. Usually they’re out of something, are rude, mess the order up, and take forever. Super quick so nice and all food and sauces were in the bag thanks for the change fr we’ll be back soon.

We popped in for the T-Mobile Y special, which was 3 chicken strips for $1 it seemed to take a little longer than normal, but they added fries and a biscuit to our orders, duh totally made up for the wait.

I hate that I have give only 3 stars because the Manager during the day time is phenomenal, but I have to let everyone know that the night time staff be in that building playing and not handling business. Food be cold and they have terrible customer service. Please do a pop up on this night crew. I got put on hold for 5 mins with no one in line and all I had was a pick up order. Do better night crew!

Food was cold and burnt. Cheese dippers were cooked at least twice, super greasy and not pleasant. Out of classic tenders, offered spicy instead, that was fine, but the cold tenders were not. Fries had obviously been sitting out for a while. Biscuit was nasty and stale.

This location has gone way down hill in the last few months. I the last several orders I’ve gotten here have been cold and far substandard to the point. I haven’t even finished them. Today was by far the worst, Mac and cheese was maybe 1/3 full and I only got 3 tenders in a 5 piece order. Did end up mattering because I couldn’t eat the 3 I got they were beyond disgusting. I don’t even understand how that’s possible during the noon lunch rush.
