They always have their light off. They are very weird. The food is never fresh. I’ve always had the worst experiences here. Honestly, they’re terrible establishment. The manager Chris doesn’t seem to understand basic food safety and ignores allergies and they’re very very unprofessional. I’ve caught him at another restaurant before he worked here trying to cook bloody rae beef in the fryer instead of on the grill. He’s always outback smoking weed. She’s never indoors and then this guy Blake he’s absolutely terrible. I just went into this location the other day and the wonderful manager Christopher Trower. He actually SPIT in my food right in front of my face. I think it’s very sad. This company allows people like him to have a job. It’s disgusting when he cross contaminates food. Many times have I walked out to this establishment, I live close and he’s always a violating food safety. I of course, in this photo captured the food he spat on and the RAW chicken he served me.

I ordered a four piece meal that was completely burnt up in black, as well as two chicken sandwiches that were overcooked and dry. I had ordered the deep fried pickles and they didn’t have any as well as the strawberry cakes did not have any of those either so I didn’t receive those items. The story used to be top notch when the old owners had it when new owners took over the restaurant it completely went downhill. They are always out of stuff sometimes to get a rude associate. I guess it’s After KFC up the street, which is a little better. Good luck with food, quality, and service.

Two days in a row, my order was messed up, and not just a little bit. I nor my child can have spicy food, I ALWAYS order classic. Two days in a row they wanna give me everything spicy. They absolutely don’t care about you, or your older. They only care about getting paid. They never pay attention to the receipts to get the order right and when you try to get the order fixed, they get mad. That’s not my problem, if you did your job right the first time, I wouldn’t have to come back and get it fixed. I’ve already filed a complaint with the BBB. They are all useless at this location. I hope they get shut down. Also their store is SEVERELY disgusting. I will also be calling the health department. I’m not the customer to mess with and y’all have done it two days in a row. No. I will get a resolution one way or another. None of this is acceptable. We don’t use our hard earned money for incorrect food. Reality….. It’s theft. Especially if you refuse to remake it the CORRECT way. Popeyes in Texas is 200% times better than these out here. What a shame.

Went here on Saturday for lunch ! The most horrendous event ever ! This Company has really went to crap ! Dining room had no napkins ordered a soda only 1 soda in the fountain drinks ! But yet their selling combos . First rip off ! Tried to pay with cash and the manager had none order was 11.00 dollars ended up giving me two 5’s out of 20.00 wonder who’s paying for that! THIS IS SO REDICULIOUS ! FOOD WAS SUBPAR ! THE FOOD MADE ME SICK ! The worst Popeyes in America! I was a Popeyes manager in Cape Coral, Fl and know these are not standards ! Such a sad state of affairs for a Company, I really loved at one time !

Omg, stopped by this location for a large coleslaw for my side. Didn’t think you can mess up ONE ITEM, get home to open coleslaw and the dang thing IS NOT FULL……paid $6.47 for a LARGE SLAW and not receive a full amount. Constant disappointment of these Popeyes in MISSOURI! And this location is not a chain popeyes on Jungermann. Im done trying with Jungermann and St. Charles by the Walmart/Dollar Tree can be worse, !! Save your money.

I would like the make it VERY clear that I am only writing this because the poor gentleman working ALONE on Monday night at 7pm deserves better. Whoever allowed this young man to work by himself during a dinner rush is down right cruel. This lovely man could hardly make eye contact with customers because he knew he was going to get screamed at eventually. Whether that be because he cant maintain both the drive thru and front desk at the same time, or being out of certain food items (you know, since he’s alone) or the long wait for their food.. the list goes on and on. He was busting his butt trying to make it through a shift for less than a livable wage. I wish I could have paid him enough money to walk out tonight…. and I sure hope you all pay him the wage of the three people it would take to run what he did alone. Shame on you. Shame on management. And if he happens to be the manager, shame on whoever is higher up than him. That was incredibly sad, and you are undeserving of such a great employee. And to that poor gentleman, I hope you get out of that place. I know under that sad face I saw, you have an amazing smile, and I wish I was lucky enough to see it.

My most recent visit, 12/14. Ordered the ghost chicken sandwich combo.
Soda was flat. Sandwich was inedible. Bun was stale. Chicken was cooked in old grease.
Fries were cooked in same grease.
Manager ( in title only) told me nothing he could do about it. That’s how my replacement order would be. Would not refund my money.
This is an ongoing issue with this location.
Employees sitting outside smoking weed.
Subpar quality. Long waits at drive thru. 10- 15 minutes just to order. Noone in line or inside. Then another 10-15 to get the order.
I avoided this place for 4 months this year until today. Nothing has changed. This order was placed at 11 am. Food should’ve been freshly cooked.
I guess the next step would be to call the health department.
Avoid.

If i could leave 0 i would. Every time i go here there seems to be an issue. Boyfriend put in for a mobile order, pickup time was slow, food was missing, sauce was missing. I ordered the 1/4lb shrimp meal and this is the amount of shrimp i get for $12.
