A young lady at the window was asked to take $1.00 of my kids money and run their card for the rest… She stood there for a moment and then went to the register she came back to say the card did not go through. I asked what amount she ran it for she said the full amount because it has to be 2 orders you can’t split the payment… First off why would you run a card for a different amount than what was discussed what if that $1 cost me a $20 fee?….. I asked could she ask someone for help she closed the window ♀️ Like what,!?!?!? Her name was Leslie or Lacy I couldn’t clearly see the badge but WOW the worst customer service ever and fast food workers wonder why they get bare minimum respect it’s because they act like they hate what they came for

Good lunch! Service was a bit slow as we ate outside on the picnic tables! Nearly all Sonic Drive-Ins are the same, depending on the quality of the food and service! The food overall was okay on this day! The prices are becoming unaffordable, especially for the amount of food you receive! Disappointing after all these years of being a loyal customer!

I hope the owner finds this message. I just pulled up and the worker were outside. They finally answered to take my order in the drive through then told me to wait a second. Then I gave my order and they said they didnt ha e any chilli that wasn’t frozen. I think you workers are not wanting to work!

Management needs to be trained so they can train the workers to know whats on the food they serve. Super sonic Breakfast burritos come with a STEAMED tortilla, cheese, egg and sausage scramble, tomatoes, onions, and TATER TOTS. If you want to run a store train your employees. Always understaffed here. Every time I come they are out of something.
They served my husband’s hot dog old and put mustard on my burger that isn’t supposed to have mustard. We spent 30 bucks and didn’t eat our food.

I keep giving this place a chance because it’s the closest to my house but I keep getting disappointed and I’m fed up with it, it took 30 minutes to get 3 medium drinks and 1 small drink and we had to personally ask about our drinks to actually get them and then when we did it the 3 slushes were melted and the twisted flamingo wasn’t even cold so I know it was sitting there for awhile and they just didn’t want to give us our drinks. This isnt the first time that we’ve waited half an hour to an hour for a small order. They are constantly understaffed and the manger constantly yaps to everyone instead of doing her job and they always clean up 2 hours before closing every single day do not come here unless you want melted drinks and to wait an hour a least.

We set in the drive thru with two cars in front and one car in a parking space. Waited over ten minutes, so I moved to a space to order and after pushing the service button, we waited about ten minutes before someone answered and said can you wait and we’ll be right with you. Well by then both cars had finally moved through the drive thru and pulled in to order. We never were served and it looked like the order cars were being serviced. I will never spend anymore money at Sonic. It’s unacceptable for people who work at these these of jobs wanting $15 dollars an hour with this type of service. The quality and service at most fast food places is worse.

Now the important part: I ordered the attached Double Sonic Smasher Burger, and it had so much Salt I couldn’t taste anything else. Awful! The Breakfast Burritos have gone down hill, as well.

I’ve seen grass grow quicker than these people move. Dont order on DoorDash either both times waited over an hour for the store to just cancel the order. AVOID AT ALL COST
