my food was not ready they gave me old dry chicken strips they were out of fries they were out of different types of sodas and my mashed potatoes is cold and then when the employees or the manager had their boyfriend there and they was feeding them. workers playing around didn’t drop fresh food. One of if not the worst Popeyes in the city. They’re always out of product, don’t have change, have a 15-20 min wait on chicken. All the excuses to not have to work I guess. Doesn’t matter if I do a pickup order or delivery there’s always an issue and the order is almost never right

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up I was told that none of the items I ordered were available and that I needed to cancel the order. I was unable to do that because you can’t cancel an order once it’s placed. The app even said so. I was told that I did it wrong. All the customer service is automated and there no way for me to get ahold of a person from corporate. All the employees were very rude and unprofessional. Didn’t help me at all. I didn’t receive my food or a refund. I really don’t understand how this place is still running with employees like this.

Edit: since I can’t reply to the “owner” I’ll just add to my original review.

You say you are sorry for my experience but haven’t addressed the fact that I haven’t gotten a refund or food. Are you just planning to keep my money?

I placed an order on Saturday around 9:30 and arrived at 9:45 and was told the restaurant was closed even though the time posted was 1 AM. I was still charged for my food and was unable to get into contact with anybody on the customer service end of things for two days and then they refused to give me a refund. I’ve called the store multiple times and have not been able to get in contact with anybody. They’re refusing to give me a refund because they state that the store was open when I was was told by an employee that they were closed and no one was answering the drive-through and all the lights off. There was no cars in the parking lot. And even if they had been open, I didn’t receive my food and deserve a refund. Do not eat here unless you wanna support a thieving lying company. Imagine being worth $20 billion but refusing to give your customers a $30 refund for a product they didn’t receive.

I do not even know at this point anymore if corporate even takes the time to read these reviews, but I need to know why DoorDash or Uber Eats is allowed to place an order with an establishment that reads open at 10 AM, but the establishment does not take the time to inform anyone with proper signs that the restaurant is closed. There was no sign at the door, and the front door was locked AT 10:30 AM ON A MONDAY mind you.. and OF COURSE there was no help at the drive through. I understand a lot of these businesses close the inside because 1 or 2 people cannot handle a store but lack of communication and decent respect will cost you business and have communities demanding your doors be shuttered…….
