This location could be a 5 if the 2 lobsters weren’t totally stuck to the shell, this is indicative of being overcooked or low, frozen quality. I’ve never experienced a lobster that I couldn’t pull right out of the shell, fully intact. This was an absolute disaster. Otherwise, the rest was of the food was good. Food 3 because of Lobster, Service 4 because I showed the server and she offered no resolution, but provided good service otherwise.

me and my bf walked in and was instantly greeted, no wait time for tables and the General Manager was very respectful and polite! Leah our waiter was the best!! She made sure everything was the way we wanted it to be, and perfect! Everyone had amazing customer service, and the food was AMAZING! We will definitely come again. Omg!!!! Where do I begin? I celebrated my birthday here yesterday and the food was a 10/10!!! I’m visiting from Tampa and my friends swore by this place. The bartender was great. He even took the time to be our photographer lol. I can’t remember his name but he worked the bar on 11/10 until close. I’ll definitely be back!!!! Oh and the Sparkling wine 10/10!!!!

The male Bartender is great the service is always great however the last few times i been here the wings are NEVER correct. I asked for extra sauce on wings and cooked soft. The wings are extra crispy and the sauce was only juice, asked for extra seasoning and was bought a cup of juice. Very disappointed. This is usually my Wednesday lunch spot. They have lost a customer for good.

Me and my sister checked this seafood restaurant out for dinner tonight, everything we ate was delicious . The seafood boil was delicious really a solid 10/10 . Me and my sister both loved it, the sauce is spot on too! perfectly seasoned and not too salty.

KC was one of the closest options from where I was staying in the area for a weekend and it turned out to be a great experience. All the restaurant decor is beautiful and their service exceeded my expectations and the two ladies taking care of me did a great job but I didn’t catch their names.

I had an amazing experience at King Claw, and a huge part of that was because of our waitress, Lanna. From the moment we were seated, she was warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. She made us feel welcomed right away and checked on us often without ever being overbearing.
Lanna knew the menu well and gave great recommendations, especially when it came to the seafood boils and seasoning options. Our food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how we ordered it, and she made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the meal. Drinks stayed refilled, and she was always smiling and positive, which really added to the overall experience.
It’s rare to find service that genuinely stands out, but Lanna went above and beyond. Because of her, our visit was even more enjoyable, and we’ll definitely be back. If you visit King Claw, ask for Lanna—you won’t be disappointed!

My Best friends and I Celebrated Juneteenth by eating at King Claws restaurant and enjoying every ones company. This restaurant did not disappoint. I will be back here Solo in the future. The Food Was definitely amazing.

I dined in at King Claw on a Sunday around noon. There was no one there but me. There was one server which is also the bartender, one host and one cook. Considering it was super show this is acceptable. The place was pretty clean, and the server was attentive. I had calamari and it was super chewy and not well seasoned. I also got a seafood boil and it was over salted and the corn was over cooked. The strawberry margarita was good, although I didn’t taste the tequila. The bathroom was not up to standards. There was curling irons and hair supplies on the bathroom counter. The bathroom was missed when cleaning. There was also cleaning supplies left in plain sight in the bathroom.

Tonight i purchased 2 captain boils. $100.00 omg the shrimp, crab, and potatoes were all over cooked. The shrimp was not deveined, and they were so over cooked that they were mush in my mouth with zero texture. I don’t know of they have a new chef, or what but I’ve been here several times and never have I had such awful food! The sauce was disgusting, it taste like it waa old and had been sitting! This food was a 1 out of 10 at best, and I will never return becausw of this. Don’t waste my hard earned money. This was awful. If i didnt live so far away i would have taken this mess back.
