It has been a while since I have been to this location because my last few visits have been extremely disappointing. After being at the emergency room hospital all night and day I decided to drive through and take some dinner home. I placed my order and was told that I would need to wait 15 minutes or so for original which was fine and then I also requested to have all dark meat which is an option when ordering online and I have ordered it over the years that way as well because no one in my family will eat the breast because it is always overcooked and dry and no one eats it. The young man told me that he cannot do all dark meat. So I left. And I will not be back. Customer service at this location is nonexistent. And has been for years.

I’ve come here frequently in the past and always had good experiences but when I came today it was nothing like the times I’d come before. Firstly online it says they open at 10 but I when I pulled up and sat in the drive though nobody said anything. I pulled up to the window and there was no one there either. Finally I attempted to just go inside and the doors are locked!! Despite the fact that they were clearly still closed at 10, both the website AND the info posted on the front doors says they open at 10 am. Then while going to write my review, i see a review from several months ago addressing the same issue and a reply from the location saying that the mistake would be fixed! Unfortunately several months later it is still not fixed despite the issue having such a simple solution…

Oh my goodness! What a turn around. Swore I’d never be back. It’s been 4 years. We were looking for a quick place to eat thought I’d drive by to see the condition of the restaurant. It was immaculate. Visited in the late evening of 2/7/26. The food was delicious and fresh. The service was friendly and very quick. Will definitely return. The store manager should be compensated.

We came through for dinner tonight, stellar drive thru service. Food was indeed, very fast. And as opposed to what one would think in that time, it was easily the best Popeyes I’ve ever had. My family enjoyed our dinner very much. I didn’t take my receipt so I couldn’t go online to review them at the corporate level so I called and spoke to Vonda(?) who was so appreciative of the compliment. Thank you guys for feeding my family! Keep up the great work and positive energy!

Food was ok, some of the chicken was tough, I’m guessing overcooked. There were 2 employees eating and drinking from the same meal at the counter. Pretty sure that’s a health code violation. Makes you wonder why they do in the back. 🙁

Food was on point, service not so much. Drive thru experience was very strange, sat there at the speaker for a considerable amount of time without anyone saying anything thing. Once I said something the attendant spoke up. I was speaking very loudly and she still couldn’t hear me, not to mention she seemed to have serious attitude.

Mind you, this was only a pick up order. Once , I get to the window, the order was ready, good job for that part. However, I ask the young lady for strawberry jelly and she got smart with me. I asked again and she said , ” yes we have it”, and paused. I’m like, “well can I have some?”. Strange experience, like I’m just inquiring about your inventory. The only reason for asking about a condiment is to receive said condiment. Please spare me the drama.

Food was hot and delicious. My order had 3 things wrong that I had changed on the app when ordering. I had gotten the 2 family meal and it came preset with options on the app. So I’m assuming no one noticed the changes? They were on my receipt. I didn’t go back and fix it I was on the go. Food was still good and the price is right.

Service is fast and order’s are correctly done. They have good employees working hard making fresh hot food! They never disappoint except they don’t carry butter anymore. Best Popeyes around! Evening workers need some help with customer service and communication but they are also so busy.

I’m pissed. Your online hours clearly say you open at 10:00 AM, so I pulled up at 10:05 thinking I could grab food before work. I sat in the drive-thru until 10:10 with ZERO response not even a “we’re not open yet.” I pulled up to the window and the worker tells me, “We don’t open until 10:30.” So I had to go inside the restaurant, which wasted even more of my time, and THEN I had to wait another 10 minutes just to get my food. I didn’t walk out with my food until 10:50. And the craziest part? Even on the doors it says they open at 10:00. NOTHING says 10:30. So both the online hours AND the posted hours at the store are wrong. Because of all this, I ended up late to work over something that could easily be fixed by updating your hours or communicating with customers. This was unprofessional, inconvenient, and irritating as hell. Fix it.
