if i could give a 0 i could, Really disappointing experience. My total was about $15 and I paid with a $20 bill. The cashier gave me only a few cents back and didn’t return the rest of my change until I asked for it which should’ve been automatic. I’m a younger customer and I came in by myself, so it felt like they didn’t take me seriously or thought I wouldn’t notice. No customer should feel uncomfortable or like they have to double-check simple change. Definitely not a good experience at all.

I keep meaning to leave a review because this is the absolute best McDonald’s! The workers are outstanding and quick. The orders are always accurate, and they never miss an online order, which seems to be a common occurrence at most McDonald’s. We go out of our way to go to this McDonald’s to get our coffees because the workers are just so nice. It takes them less than a minute sometimes to get the order together. We really appreciate the service here!

Everytime I order from here they forget something. I just reordered again and asked them to add the meal that was missing and they said to contact DoorDash. It’s funny how they gave me attitude. When they were in the wrong. Please do better the extra meal was for my daughter. Your manager should check your cameras and see what’s going on.

Because I am homeless McDonald’s refused to serve me refuse to take my order left me standing there embarrassed without even acknowledging that I’m ready to order food. They bypassed me and continue just to have me standing there in the lobby while because again I am homeless they did not even acknowledge the fact that I was there to order food. The manager Maria responded attitude and then continuing to say do whatever you want. I would not recommend listening or allowing this woman to be a manager of the store let alone treat their customers with this sort of respect.

McDonalds does not give you the amount of frappe that you pay for. They practically fill the cup halfway. I brought it to their attention and I was told that is their new “fill line”. Not right!

This McDonald’s has been recently renovated and has a Playplace so I took my family to check it out. Here is my review:
It wasn’t busy, there was only one other person in there so I was happy that I wasn’t going to have to fight with 500 people. They have the new “order yourself” kiosk which would be nice when it’s busy, but since we were alone we just went to the counter. There were two ladies working. One in the back, and one in the front, on her phone. So she took our order, and food came out. Walked into the Playplace section and it was FILTHY. Halfed chewed burgers on the floor, all the table were messy so I just grabbed some napkins and wiped it, and scooted the food on the floor away with my foot so I didn’t step on it. Went to get antibacterial wipes, gone (picture). Food was normal, no issues. And the new Playplace was pretty awesome! No claustrophobic tubes and mom and dad has no problem playing with the kids. Had a cool piano sound maker and toddler area.
Packing up to leave we go to the restroom. They updated them in a very modern style, but they have one giant stall and the other one is so small you can barely turn around. Well, I went in the larger one, which was pretty dirty, guess what… No toilet paper (picture). So I went to the smaller one for TP and had to go back to the larger one (I had a toddler.) So this wasn’t the best experience cleanliness wise.
They also pulled the “Ice cream machine is broken” line. Irritating.
Pros: New Playplace, Order Kiosk, Plugs for your phone to charge (picture)
Cons: Dirty everywhere, employees obviously not cleaning even though is wasn’t busy. Ice cream machine is frequently “broken”.
**Funny Note- I did notice that some cleaning started after they noticed I was taking pictures. Maybe I should have done that first!

My family and I recently decided to dine at this McDonald’s, hoping for a pleasant experience, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. We arrived about an hour before closing, and it felt like we were being rushed out the door. Despite having food on our plates, one of the employees was insistent that we leave, not even allowing the youngest member of our family to finish their meal. To make matters worse, after we got home, my family and I felt that the food we had eaten had made all of us sick to the point where we were all throwing up. This was a terrible experience, and I would advise others to avoid this location.”
