Worst experience at a CJs yet.
Drive thru, 3pm on a Sunday so not rush-time. Ordered a santa fe chicken and a bbq chicken. We did not ask for any alterations. Neither was a special discount price.
At the pick up window, the young lady offered us some sort of sauce but we didn’t understand what she said and declined because neither sandwich comes with a separate sauce any other time we have purchased them.
Both were served on grilled sourdough bread instead of a bun. (What?)
Chicken chewed like rubber so we opened them up.
1 side of grilled chicken was raw and the other side burnt.
So disappointing.

I def love eating carls. Worked there before. To see my order get completely butchered. Is just a sight for sore eyes.
Clearly asked for extra tomatoes and onions. Payed for them. And I get a burger with just cheese and patties.
Definitely expected more given the fact that I used online ordering.

I got a famous star w cheese. I asked for no pickles, no onions, n easy sauce. When I got home it looked like they put a lot of what I didn’t want on purpose. I called to ask for the guys name n for a manager. He responded by saying he wanted to be unanimous. I could clearly hear him laughing in the back ground. This was around 8 pm on 5-1-2023

The food was great, prepared well, and not from items sitting under a heat lamp. They made the hash browns extra crispy for us.
The individual working the drive thru was not having a good day. Our order and questions were not difficult nor out of the ordinary but it was very difficult to get across what we wanted. Wasn’t even a large order just two simple meals.
The parking lot and drive thru as well as the outside of the restaurant were all well kept and clean.
Service after we placed our order was very quick, but when we asked for salsa (specifically the refrigerated salsa) the same individual had no idea what we were talking about and it seemed like we were annoying when asking for salsa and salt.

They always serve me with kindness and respect, and when I’m ordering and ask them to remove some ingredients from my burger, they always do it correctly. Excellent service, and it’s my favorite Carl’s Jr.

Ordered a monster biscuit got a one half sour dough one half burger bun sausage egg and cheese something Frankenstein cold in the center. There were only two us in the drive-thru when I ordered and I didn’t have time to go back so I tried to eat it but the hamburger side was stale and the sausage was still cold in the center. I can’t say I won’t go back, this will be another one of those locations I’ll need to dig through the order. I hope this was an absent minded mistake and not intentional.

Came in to try the new Ghost burger. I could hear the staff be confused about how to make it. They eventually got it right but my double patties ended up way overcooked and the ghost pepper cheese was hard as a rock, left out for too long, and added at the last minute so it had zero time to melt. You can see the two slices of cheese in my photo. Dry cracked, not melted. Disappointed. This burger has been out for over a month. The staff should know how to make one by now. Poor training. The restaurant was very clean though but it was empty when I walked in, pre lunch rush.

This is the worst Carl’s in the area. Not only did they give me BURNT to the crisp chicken strips to the point where it had to be on purpose ( I mean look at how dark and burnt they are) they sent the order missing 4/10 items. It’s obvious they don’t care and I wouldn’t expect them to, but the owner should be embarrassed at the poor quality and service at this franchise. There’s a Carl’s on Main and La Veta by Choc Hospital that’s way better.

The restaurant was super clean and organized! Everything was in place, the beverage bar was very nice and tidy. The food was amazing! Burgers are really delicious too! I ordered a santa fe chicken and let me tell you it was delicious! I will definitely be coming back here because they offer great service. The manager and employees are very nice, always checking up on you to see if everything if good. Very satisfied with my visit, thank you Carl’s Jr team! ⭐️

I requested certain things inside my order and that morning manager totally just wanted me to leave the drive-thru and I had to look in my bag to check the items and she totally wasn’t having it It was just condiments and she was so cheap on how she set up my bag and what she’s just put the most smallest limited condiments and she didn’t even pay attention. She was rude and just very short and deliberate worst experience ever. Here you are getting paid more than $20 an hour and you’re still having the same attitude probably as how you are serving other people and with probably with how you deal with your life so take a step back it’s not about you it’s about how you serve your customer so learn from your experience and stop being so cheap and serve your customer really I’m here spending at least more than 20 bucks at your restaurant or fast food restaurant So learn from your experience…..
