I just want my food to be put together, right. It shouldn’t be hanging out in my bag. I didn’t eat it until I got to work and then by that time it was cold because it was wrapped improperly. Maybe if the sandwich was put together better it would’ve been warm still. First picture is it in the bag, second picture is it as soon as I pull out of the bag barely wrapped, and the third picture is how poorly it was put together.

Update:I made a formal complaint and the manager that made it clear she didn’t care about my issues has come up in my people you may know on Facebook. Talk about creepy!! So not only will they not get your order right but they’ll also stalk you online. They don’t want to listen to you when you order and then want to charge you extra for the inconvenience of them not listening. Thanks guys for being so incompetent that you can’t even listen to what someone is ordering. Great work

I placed a delivery order to not only wait for over an hour but also go through 2 door dashers waiting on my order to HAVE MCDONALDS CANCEL MY ORDER because it wasn’t breakfast anymore but yet I had 1 driver there at 10:15 and another at 11am worst experience and absolute waste of money and time. Get a new manager who focuses on delivery orders like its not hard. I ran fast food for years and understand mistakes happen but this is a multiple time occasion.

I pulled up to the speaker. They were taking someone else’s order at the other speaker I didn’t get greeted and I waited patiently that person pulls forward to the window. Someone else pulls up with the other speaker and they start taking their order. I was like OK it is what it is. They finally greet me and I tell them my code for my mobile order. I pull up when I get to the second window. They hand me my drink and tell me to pull forward to the third window because they’re waiting on FRESH fries. I said absolutely, no problem. Thank you so much. Not even two seconds later they walk up to the third window hand me my order when I get home the fries were ice cold, soggy, and hard at the same time. You could tell that they were super old fries. My chicken nuggets were hard as a rock. I couldn’t even eat them, and my sandwich was lukewarm. I would have waited for everything to be fresh. I don’t understand why you can’t just serve hot food. I’m an AGM in fast food and I would never sit here. Tell them that they were getting fresh fries and then give them fries that had been sitting there for at least an hour. I come to this location a lot usually don’t have too many complaints, but I had just gotten off of work, everything was closed and it was my only choice. I just wanted hot food. I get it. It’s fast food, but the laziness needs to stop. It’s not that hard.

I ordered a 1 10 piece chicken nuggets meal Large. Two cheeseburgers and a medium fries with light salt. Stupidly I didn’t check the bag. Instead of two cheese burgers I got 2 10 pc chicken nuggets. Also, my fries that were light salt were salty as hell. It tasted like they put extra salt on them. They were so salty I couldn’t eat them.

Honestly I’m not entirely sure what I was expecting. Slow service and sloppy food. It seems like that is the new normal. With all the places in you can eat, I would definitely think twice before stopping here
