1/06/26 – Took my wife to lunch, our first time in a long time. It wasn’t packed, which made it nice for us.
Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted by Morgan, who was also our server. Morgan took our drink orders and went over the appetizers. We were ready to eat, so we headed to the Mongolian grill.
You grab a bowl and get in line to fill it up from a wide selection of toppings. They have a large selection of noodles, vegetables, and meats, including krab and sausages.
Once you pack your bowl with noodles, meats, and vegetables, you head over to add your oils and sauces. There’s a large variety of sauces and oils. For first-timers, they have recipes to help you decide how you want it to turn out. I stick with garlic-flavored sauce and spicy chilies.
Morgan made sure to check on us and others in her area; we were never without drinks.
Jordan was cooking and did a great job keeping up with the customers; he was busy the entire time we were there.
You can have all you want and eat as much as you like, so you don’t have to take two bowls like some people do. I usually get full after two plates, so no need to indulge or waste food.
I noticed an employee, Cait, packing her bowl and was impressed at how pretty it looked. She was friendly and shared how she creates various types of bowls depending on her cravings.
All three, Morgan, Jordan, and Cait, had great attitudes about their jobs and made for a great time.

We personally love the Mongolian BBQ concept a lot and HuHot does great job with it. They have so many noodles, vegetables and meat choices. Lots and lots of variety of sauces and oils. For newbies, they have recipes as well. Our server was amazing and very well accommodating. Griller team are awesome and amazing as well. We are vegetarian and they kept it separate from other food. I would recommend their team to do better job cleaning around the vegetable and sauce section. Many customers can be sloppy and make it bit messy. Ensure to get s’more kit for kids. It’s a great experience.

I was really looking forward to coming here because I’d heard such awesome things about the food here. Well I was surely disappointed. I do like the concept of the Mongolian BBQ but its execution was extremely lackluster. All the meat was frozen and pieces of beef and chicken were shredded and freezer burnt. By the time it was cooked the pieces were so small it was impossible to chew them because they were like small pieces of jerky you’d find in the bottom of a bag. The vegetables didn’t taste very fresh and had a mildewy aroma. Our waitress didn’t bother to check in on us at all, just to get us drinks and then we had to flag her down just to get the check.

The restaurant was amazing the staff was super friendly and were always on top of things. The food turned out amazing and I love how it’s a buffet so you can get as much as you want it was perfect and definitely walked away with a full belly.

Me and my partner have been to this huhot a couple of times during lunch hours which were lovely, but this time we went during late dinner hours and it was very busy. They were understaffed and my partner and I had to wait roughly 20 minutes before we were greeted by our server and a table that had been seated after us were greeted first.
Food was lovely and is always tasty, they could do with more staffing for Saturday nights

I was very satisfied with my first trip to HuHot. The concept is so much fun, it’s kinda like hibachi but you have more control with your ingredients. They have so many fun options to choose from when it come to ingredients. The large sause selection was nice too. This makes every plate of food unique. When your done picking out your ingredients you get to watch them cook your food on a large hot table. The service was also very good, our server took good care of us. Overall I highly recommend giving this place a look.

Oh my, my new favorite fast food place. I picked exactly what I wanted in my bowl and the sauce i wanted. Everything was clean, and the bar with the varieties of meats, noodles, and vegetables were fresh and kept really cold. The cooks that prepare your bowl of ingredients at the Blackstone kept it so clean. My bowl of delicious flavors was piping hot when I picked it up. It’s all you can eat for 1 price per person. Sadly, no carry outs, I believe. I can’t RAVE about this hidden gem enough. Absolutely, we will return!
