If I could give 1 star I would I got the fnaf meal and they gave me a frozen cupcake cup like so cold at first I could barely hold it and the chicken isn’t crispy like i’d expect it kind of reminds me of fish and they just threw everything in a box and I kinda was excited to get the special boxes but they didn’t have them. Idk this sucks man

Chicken sandwich was pretty good, but they left the pickles off mine, apparently an employee got hungry for pickles. The Cajun fries had a good taste, but were tough and must have been sitting around for a while. The amount of fries you get in a large fries is RIDICULOUS for the price, large box with little amount of fries.
I wish I could rate Popeye’s higher, because the chicken was good and was actually CRISPY (unlike Kentucky Fried Chicken, since becoming KFC) and isn’t RUBBERY like McDonald’s McCrispy Strips, but the issues bring the rating down.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my entire life!!! I dont even waste my time to leave any comments but this was completely ridiculous and unnecessary. Totally embarrassing for the business! I’ve ran a restaurant for 20+ years and iv never seen such ridiculous behavior from a person/employee. The girl that was working last night throwing kid tantrums should be fired immediately! Such a rude and disgusting person on many levels, almost left the food because of her. Who in the world would hire someone like this!! I don’t even know where to begin. So Rude over the intercom as were ordering, kept cutting us off with the total and attitude before we were even done ordering 3 different times. We pulled up to the window no hi or anything looked like she didnt even want to serve us, she just snatched our credit card. Then she’s throwing her hands up at the car placing an order behind us. Mocked her head at me like she wanted to fight us while I was looking through the window waiting for our food. Totally unprofessional and i feel sorry for any customer that comes here. Don’t waste your time!!!! The car behind us must’ve got really upset because they just drove off before they even pulled up to the window.. If I put this experience on video It would have gone viral by now. I see now why this location has no business Ever. Go where your business is appreciated and your respected as a person, not this joke of a place and as far as that trash employee goes, Shame on u. U should go clean toilets instead so you don’t have to speak to anyone EVER!!! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!

This was my second time and not a good one waited over 30 minutes to order only to be told they were out of bone in chicken, coleslaw, and Mac and cheese. I needed the family meal
So after waiting that amount of time I got the tenders cause that’s all they had. Paid waited another 5 minutes and left. Got home and the tenders were dry hard and definitely in the warmer too long. Plus there was nothing to them! Greasy bread is what I got. I paid $35 for something I couldn’t even eat. Will not go back.

I come to this place all of the time and I am always pleased with the guest service . I regularly order the same thing and they always have my food ready a day fresh tonight Vanessa and Taiwan took such good care of me I stuck around and got 2 strawberry pies which were really good!! Thanks again Popeyes in moline!!!!! Will be back!! Would recommend!!

Every time I’ve gone to the Popeyes in Moline, the staff has been extremely rude. They’re often out of items, and the way it’s handled is very unprofessional.
My mother, who doesn’t speak English well, brought her order written on a note and the cashier threw it back at her and refused to help. She left without ordering.
I also DoorDash and have had the same rude treatment as a driver. I won’t be ordering from or picking up deliveries at this location again. Very disappointing customer service.

The last time I came in this restaurant, I was told by an employee that they were done serving white people for the day. They were so rude, it was almost like a joke. I was actually doing a pick up for someone else. They claimed to be out of everything. I’ll never go back, ever. It was also filthy dirty. I’ve never been treated this bad at any restaurant. How they are still open, I’ll never know.

We’ll never go to a Popeyes in the Quad Cities ever again !We live in Davenport and had such a bad experience here with the belligerent manager that we went to the one in Moline and it was just as bad .We ordered an eight piece dinner and got seven pieces,ordered extra honey for the biscuits and got no honey and they don’t care. They absolutely ,positively don’t care about customer service!

The chicken was hot and juicy, that is the only reason it got 2 Stars! We asked for spicy, we did not get that. I asked for specific pieces and was told we could not choose them. I had to repeat our side choices as they just assume what you want. Had to go to counter to ask for honey for our ONE biscuit. We were supposed to get two. We were told they would bring another one out to us, never got it. The store is dirty. There is no customer service. Sure wish they would put in some good management in the Quad City locations as they are terrible.
