Some of the best Chinese American Style food you can find in Southwest Washington! BIG portions and delicious flavor! We had been coming here for years and finally revisited last week. It was exactly as we remembered it! The last time was like the first time – exactly the same! Anything you choose would be great, but the potstickers are amazing! If you’re passing Kalama on I-5, stop by for an incredible meal.

Terrific Chinese food and the portions are huge. The prices are very reasonable too. Staff is friendly and efficient. The BBQ pork was perfect. It was warm and moist. Be careful with the mustard, it is hot hot hot (but delicious). I had the Kung Pao lunch. I got busy on it and forgot to take a pic till I was half into it. It could have been a little more spicy for my taste, but it was tasty. The picture here is of what I took home. It came with crab puffs, which were the best I’ve ever had. They were creamy and not at all dry like many I’ve had are. My friend had Egg foo young. It looked like three meals worth for her. You can see Lucky Dragon as you’re driving on I-5. Do yourself a favor and stop in sometime for excellent Chinese food.

I have eaten here 3 times in the last month, mostly because the food choices in Kalama are slim. The food has ever been mediocre, but edible at best. Today the food was absolutely gross. The General Tso Chicken, im not sure it was chicken or maybe 3d printed chicken. I have never tasted mushy chicken with the texture amd it was flaky like fish. When I pointed this out to the server they said thats just the way they make it and many people say it is weird. It had the texture of raw chicken. (Im not sure it wasn’t raw) Completely ruined my appetite. I took 3 bites of the rice and ate the 4 shrimp. The spring roll was so greasy to the touch I was unable to take more than one bite. I returned the food and they were nice enough to take 20% off the bill AFTER tax??? (Sarcasm) I was on the fence about this place anyway, but this sealed the deal. Service poor, food gross, caring about thier customers….
Nonexistent. I will not recommend or ever return.

I’ve been driving by this restaurant on I-5 for years and decided to give it a try. Upon entry, I noticed it was at 80% full. We were seated after a couple of minutes, and menus were provided along with waters and teas. We ordered Mongolian beef combo #9 and almond chicken combo #7 along with hot and sour and egg flower soups. Wine was ordered. Soups arrived after 5 minutes. 10 minutes later, dinner was served. The wine was forgotten, and it took a while to get the waitresses’ attention to serve the wine. We had finished our dinner and waited another 10 minutes for the check. The floor in the restaurant is dirty. There are signs of roof leaks, and the drywall is buckling. The bathroom floor was dirty, ventilation dirty, and there were no paper towels to dry my hands. The pricing is above market. The portions were generous, but sauces were lacking in flavor. Parking is limited.

The Lucky Dragon truly impressed us.We stopped there for lunch today, and everything, I mean, everything was fantastic.I had their House Rice, and it’s the best I’ve ever had. My husband had the Almond Chicken lunch special, and just cannot say enough about it… seriously, he’s still talking about it…lol
The Lucky Dragon staff were absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere was very relaxed. We loved everything about it. The Lucky Dragon is now our absolute favorite Chinese Restaurant.
A big Thank You to the entire staff for a great dining experience!

They are so good. And you get such large portions. I have to keep reminding myself of this when we go eat there. A combo platter feeds my husband and myself and plenty to take home. Staff has always been so friendly. I highly recommend eating here. My favorite is shrimp fried rice.

Great value for what we considered to be pretty bad food. Service was fast, everyone was friendly.

The fried rice was fine, the vegetable stir fry was pretty good, but most of what we were served could be described as deep fried brown served with an overly sweet sauce. Had to figure out what to do with the massive amount of leftovers that nobody is excited to eat.

My wife and I each ordered a bowl of soup. We each got a huge bowl of fabulous soup, loaded with great stuff. Great fresh tasting veggies, chicken and broth. Get a booth if you don’t want to be surrounded by people. Fast, friendly service, good prices.

This place sucks. The woman handling the phones just wants to argue and argue, refuses to make things right. We ordered two family dinners and did not make it home with the barbecue pork, the crab puffs or the fried shrimp- only the egg roll. She argued with me back-and-forth for a good five minutes about how it was only a single order not the family order. I said OK, well then why did we get the egg roll? That doesn’t come with a single order of food. I know what I ordered. $65 for two family dinners and an establishment that refuses to correct their wrong doings. We go here all the time- will not go back. Take a hint of advice here- the customer is always right and if you want return service, you make it right when it’s wrong.

When we first started going here we loved it. The last 3 times we got to go orders. The last 2 were missing food. The taste has went down hill. New cook? Today was the last time we will go there. I was so disappointed in the food. Mushy. Slimy and just gross. We were so happy to find a good Chinese restaurant and drive extra to go there. Bummer they have went from a 5 to a 1 star Yuck
