Nice counter service -very helpful. Ended up ordering online through the app because I got a better deal. The app is the best deals but either way this place has the best chicken tenders around. We like the mashed potatoes also mac & cheese is okay but they put extra cheese on it, which is weird to say that I don’t like the extra cheese on top. French fries are good too. Everything was hot. Everything was tasty and then we also got two apple pies. The apple pies remind me of when I was a kid at McDonald’s when they use to deep fry their pies- Popeyes has the deep-fried apple pies they’re the good stuff.

We came in and at first, they were OK. We ordered a combo meal. Up on top of the screen it says you get this that and the other thing with your combo meal. We brought it back to the table and my fiancé was like hey I’m missing a biscuit. It states on the top that you get a biscuit with the combo meal. I went up there to advise them that we were missing the biscuit. They said you don’t get a biscuit with a meal. I went back to the table and my honey insisted that she said she saw on the screen on the top left corner that it stated she gets a biscuit with the meal. I went back to the counter and advised them what my honey said. The woman with the red hair didn’t even say anything, and all she did was point to the screen. Apparently, in the fine print on the lower right hand corner it says certain combo meals do not get a biscuit. I think their screen should be a lot more clearer. She could’ve also opened her yap and told me sorry, that combo meal does not come with a biscuit, it states in the lower right hand corner. She also had her kid running around the entire restaurant the whole time we were there. Very unprofessional both ways. A little Customer Service goes a long way but I’m sorry that it’s very hard for you to give Customer Service at all, then maybe you shouldn’t be working there. You certainly did not make us feel welcome or that we want to come back. Thanks, but no thanks. The food itself was good. I’ve worked in Customer Service for over 25 years, it’s not hard to pretend to be happy and actually helpful at your job.

i mobile ordered a pickle-glaze sandwich meal with mac n cheese, additional side of fries, the pickle lemonade and some condiments. i pulled up to the drive thru and the lady handing me my food was sweet and i was pleasantly surprised they gave me so many napkins and condiments :)!! they didn’t give me a straw for my lemonade but i also noticed they gave me an extra free (i’m assuming ghost pepper) chicken sandwich so i was like eh whatever. half way into my pickle sandwich though, i was taking pics of it to show my friend and noticed something poking out of my sandwich… ‘twas a piece of parchment paper attached to the cheese their cheese is always stiff and leathery and i never expect that much quality from a fast food restaurant but i think paper in food is pretty unacceptable … you can tell i had already eaten like half of it …it was not a fun surprise. i know mistakes happen and im not going to go back at this point to make a complaint but i hope this never happens again! (in the 3rd pic you can see where i pulled off the paper because of the difference in texture on the cheese)

We stopped into this Popeyes location on our way to a Packer game for a quick sandwich. The chicken sandwiches were fresh, large and very great tasting. We were served quickly by friendly staff. The location was very clean.
We have had some poor experiences with Popeyes locations in the Milwaukee area so it was great to find this location so we’ll managed.

The original Chicken sandwich is so FIRE! Costs like 5.85 and is worth more than every penny. If you havent tried it stop reading this review and go there! You wont regret it.

I think Popeyes in Oshkosh is one of the worst places to eat, broast. I visited with my family on Saturday night around 8 PM, and there was no one at the counter or reception despite calling out several times. One person working in front of us ignored us, and eventually, a woman appeared and told us to wait. After a short wait, we received lukewarm broast, and although we ordered spicy, we were served non-spicy. Broast was with heavy crumbs, fewer chickens, and no tests. Normally, broast is served with bread, but we got biscuits instead. If I had known, I would have brought bread or buns with me. In -17°F weather, the bathroom had no warm water or hand dryers, and it was very cold. The bathroom was also very dirty, with the commode full of napkins. When I complained about the cold water at the reception, the staff reacted as if they didn’t know. I would never recommend eating there.

The manager was rude. I asked her name she said It was Melanie. If you are going to be a manager at a fast food restaurant who’s policy is kindness then you should show some respect to your PAYING GUEST I wouldn’t even recommend eating here worst customer service ever. Then gave me my food cold i am beyond disappointed that Popeyes corporate office would allow such a person to be a manager.

I used the drive thru and got a 8 piece bundle with one or two pies (thought i ordered 2 but got none) tried calling the restaurant after I got to my truck to inform them (nobody answered twice) that I didn’t get the pies and that whoever puts orders together should be more diligent. Mistakes will happen but if they dont know about the mistakes they won’t know how to correct them. Food was good fresh and delicious just no pies but lots of honey and sauces that I didn’t need but a spoon for beans and rice would have been a plus too.

The spicy wasn’t spicy at all and for two years it hasn’t been,I’m not trying to get nobody fired I just want Popeyes Spicy to be done the Louisiana way. I should be able to tell Spicy from Mild by taste and color so please marinate the spicy chicken right.
