You still need a dedicated front desk person especially on a Friday night. Each time I come in to pick up you have to wait for the one person in the kitchen to notice and come to the front desk. The food however was excellent this time. Cooked exactly as I requested. The dough nuggets were exceptionally good this time. Very crispy on the outside and soft and pillowy on the inside. Thanks to the coupon in my email or made this Friday night treat affordable for my husband, myself, and our some family. Keep up the good work.

Pizza was better than expected (chicago deep dish)… took about 40 min, which is normal for a deep dish. Also had the vodka penne. It was good, but not great. Our server Sonya was very attentive and did a great job. TVs had football and ninja warrior playing. Customers were mostly older …so nice mellow crowd.

It’s crazy what 6 years does to a place, used to eat here in 2018-2019. Maybe the owners will take a hard look in the mirror about the quality of pizza they DISH out. This place back then was a 4.4-4.5

We were so surprised it’s so friendly local place!!! All pizzas are little miracles and you customise them as well!! Vegetarian friendly and kids friendly!! Fitting for everyone. Cocktails are sooooo good you tell what you want and Melissa will make it a specially for you!!! Check my liquid salad/Spicy Bloody Mary!

Used to be a good place, now it is terrible, the girl who took my order sounded completely stoned, the manager lied to me, I canceled my delivery order and still was charged 129.50 for food I never consumed. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else these guys don’t deserve your business.

This place used to have the best pizza. But I quit using them because the service was so slow. It took more than an hour for a pizza when dining in, and delivery was even worse. But the pizza was so good. Tonight I ordered, the service was fine, but the pizza was terrible. They have changed the ingredients. This is not the same pizza. And it is way too expensive for crappy pizza. Never going to order from them again.

Monday 10.6.25 called at 8:32 pm LITERALLY NEVER EVEN ANSWERED THE PHONE. Put me on hold until they closed at 8. HORRIBLE customer service. Don’t put 8 at your closing time if you’re gonna close at 7:30. That’s just running a restaurant 101. It pisses off your customer, and next time they choose your competitor because they don’t want to deal with all of this bs.

Food always fabulous. Server stood and chatted wayyy too long. Dining in area has most booths right across from Bar, with loud TV. ( multiple tvs playing…very sports bar vibe).

This is for the Mesa location on Ellsworth. The hubby & I have been ordering from Rosati’s for years now, but the experience yesterday left us with decision not to order from here ever again. We got 2 14″ pizzas (3 toppings on 1, 2 toppings on the other) for pick-up, and even with living less than 5 minutes away was more cool than hot. The pizzas looked somewhat “waxey”, but that could be the cheese had set up enough, and very little difference between the 2 taste-wise. I can only guess that the recipe or quality of ingredients changed, because no part of this was edible. (We threw the rest of it out). We have ordered from multiple other locations in the past that all had the same awesomeness that made Rosati’s stand alone in excellence, but none of that was in our order yesterday. Later that afternoon/early evening the hubby called the store to speak with a manager to let them know about our order, and the lack of empathy or any kind of concern added to our disappointment. The manager didn’t seem to care at all, and looking at the responses to other reviews here were lacking that as well. Generic responses saying that they will relay and make it better going forward, but if customer satisfaction is truly a concern, it needs to be handled immediately-my miserable experience helping FUTURE orders does nothing to make me happy about mine. Definitely do not recommend.
