Meh. Service was incredibly slow. Food was all sitting under heat lamps yet it still took nearly 10 minutes for me to place and receive our food. The menu is very limited unless you order through the app. They cannot do the “2 can dine” combo, for example, at the counter. Food quality is ok. You can tell it’s been sitting for awhile because the chicken is both greasy and dried out. Not the worst I’ve had but certainly not worth $25 for a small box of chicken.

I stopped by Popeyes just before close tonight and it was a great experience. Really it was due to the staff in the restaurant. They had no trouble serving me just before close we are professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. And the food was also amazing and completely fresh. they checked on and replaced my one biscuit as they considered it may have been made a while before

This review concerns Popeye’s in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. I don’t know who is managing this place, but what a joke. You can’t blame the young kids working there for not knowing what they’re doing. It’s obvious they haven’t been trained. Why doesn’t this particular restaurant ever have the entrees that are advertised on television. No shrimp, no flounder sandwiches. I ordered spicy chicken tonight, but didn’t get spicy. My wife ordered “popcorn shrimp”. Let me tell you, there was know way you would ever know those tiny balls of breading were shrimp. What a disappointment. I hope something good moves into this building after Popeye’s goes belly up.

The manager Yolanda made us as customers feel stupid and like we were not a priority. We got the wrong food and she grabbed our order with her bear greasy hands and ripped up all our food and told us we were stupid. She does not need to be a manager in the food industry as she treats people horribly.

First time visit. Ordering was long and tedious. The majority of the food is made ahead and taken from the warming baskets as it is ordered. The fries were somewhat soggy and lukewarm… not hot and crispy. The chicken for sandwiches was greasy. The nuggets were very dry and mostly breading. The Mac n cheese was clumpy but creamy on the bottom. The red beans and rice was a disappointment.. cool rice on top of mushy beans. The spice was good but not texture . Close to $50. For 4 and many other choices available. . We can’t figure out why people live Popeyes. A huge disappointment!

Service is excellent. But if you love throwing up and cramping your brains out this is the place to go. Just got done throwing up for about 6 hours. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Now i know it’s this uncooked gross tasting chicken they serve. Don’t recommend. I hope the leave Oshkosh
