It wasn’t crowded at all when I walked in…the staff was welcoming, the area was clean & the condiment area was actually filled properly. I ordered the family feast which is 28 bucks plus tax but you get a nice amount of food..but the highlight of my day was the television they have in the establishment….not only was the food good they had entertainment for dine-ins….yep will be back …

January 16th 2022. About 630 pm. They were very rude and mean when we asked questions about the menu items and kept interrupting when we were ordering and lied about their prices. Would not recommend going here.

Wasn’t a long wait like other Popeyes locations, food was fresh and hot, biscuit was not dry and hard. But the biggest complement I can give is to the young people that work there. They were very polite and professional, seemed to stay on task and committed to doing their job very well. This was a very pleasant experience for me, Thank you!

The food was good. Ordered through the app. Went to the restaurant and went in to pick up. 35 minutes later finally received our order for takeout. They were understaffed and it appeared that drive up orders were being filled while mobile orders were being skipped over.

Was there July 6th about 5. I was shocked that the drive thru was empty because they are always busy. I ordered a 12 piece nuggets, their new sandwich meal. Also ordered a small Mac and cheese. I drove 30 minutes home to see that the 12 piece was only 8 (I paid for 12) the fries that went with my sandwich, I counted 9 freaking fries that were smashed. I opened the Mac and cheese and it wasn’t even full. We got 4 bites out of it. Maybe the empty drive thru at 5pm is a sign that service is going down hill. I won’t be back to the Niles store. So sad because when they first opened them were on point!

First time and last time. Went to pickup lunch. They weren’t even busy but took 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich. It was dry and they didn’t even put anything on it. A small fry only had 6 fries. They forgot napkins etc…

So I went through the drive through around 2p.m. I got a 4 piece there’s only 3. I got mashed potato’s no gravy instead I got Mac and cheese. I had ordered coleslaw and didn’t get it. The order taker was nice. The food taste great. I just think they need to second check who’s at there window and what they’re handing out.

Food quality was good, similar to other Popeyes locations. Service was slow and employees were rude. Spending so much time in the drive thru it allows you to look around. The employee out back smoking and talking to herself was kind of a turn off. Probably be a good idea to wait until you get home to smoke meth but that’s just my opinion. At least no one was nodding out like they do at the Niles Taco Bell.
