This used to be a great Popeyes, idk what happened. Waited forever to get my food, the fry on the chicken ain’t right. Ordered red beans and rice for like half the serving didn’t even ask for more cause the rice was dried out. Just a terrible experience today. Won’t be back for quite a while.

The food’s fine however you can make better food at home. They’re just kind of rude they don’t greet you and make you feel comfortable they’re kind of just like what do you want order now side like you don’t speak to people in one word greetings you don’t do that they just don’t have good customer service they’re not friendly some of them are some are but you need to hire people that are actually giving a crap about your company I’ll Never Eat Here Again and that’s just because of the service and the atmosphere again the food’s decent but you can always make better at home not mad just I work in customer service and I would never greet people that way point blank.

Staff were friendly. Did a mobile order though and were missing several items. As well as Ordering the Five Nights at Freddy’s meal which didn’t include the box which was disappointing. Substituted a pie instead of a cupcake in the meal which is fine, but we were never told it would be missing until we actually opened the bag. Kind of was the whole point of getting the meal.

I ordered a meal that included specific items and was not informed that the location was out of them. Instead, I was given a completely different order without being told about any substitutions. When I contacted support, the automated system forced me to accept a partial points refund in order to receive any refund at all. After speaking with a representative, I was told nothing further could be done because the AI had already issued the points. This was not a resolution to receiving the wrong order, and the points refunded do not cover the cost of the meal. This location needs to communicate with customers and handle incorrect orders properly.

This is the worst Popeyes ever. I have been here for minutes, place order over mobile to give them 20 minutes to get ready. That’s 50 min for a 2 piece and 6 wings, no drink. That’s it!!! Poor ownership and poor leadership. Why are you ignoring the issues and continuing to deliver poor service matched with inaccurate orders and poor quality food. I pay full price for the full experience. Do better, your customers deserve better!!! Update associate just said owner lost my order. Really!

I did an online order ahead of time and it wasn’t even started when I got there, but the woman working there did a great job and it was basically just her running the place. There were two guys in the back just yapping away clueless to this lady having several people in the drive through. She was great though! I did not catch her name but whoever it was working around 2:30 on Nov 19th needs a raise for running the whole restaurant by herself.

Not much good to say about it. Always wrong, rude and impatient. They closed early one night I had ordered pickup and when I get there I sat in the drive thru for 5ish minutes waiting patiently, got tired of being ignored so I went to the window and the manager said “we close early today don’t have your food” closed the window and walked away. I say so you can’t help me and she called me white boy. Interesting choice for management.
