Hi I want to file a formal complaint with the 7060 cedar store in holt Michigan. I sat in the drive thru for 10+ minutes at 10:20pm not being serviced. I pulled to the front pick up window and 5 different employees walk past the window looked at me and laugh at different times. One male sat in the back corner and peak at me periodically and still no one came and addressed me. It wasn’t until 10:37pm after knocking on the drive thru window did I get a man walk to the window and say oh we are closed. Your sign says open until 11, your online listing says open to 11. He proceeds to say oh that’s the other Popeyes as if I don’t see the address and the listing and the posted store hours all say 11pm. I couldn’t believe the lack of customer service and the unprofessionalism I received. I don’t typically leave negative reviews I usually don’t come back. My first experience here was excellent but the last two have been poor to say the least. You should review the last hour of closing on camera July 12th to see how your business is being cared for. There has been 9 cars come through the drive thru and the business is “closed” when it is listed as opened. 1 Additional car as I sit in my truck typing this review.

I did not receive my large mashed potatoes or my large Cajun fries on a $50 order. Thats 25% of my order. I tried calling multiple times just to finally receive a busy tone after a couple minutes each time. The cashier was nice enough, but not receiving that much food is definitely an issue, especially when I can’t even call to try and make it right. My family didn’t have any sides.

The problem is the local store and corporate do not care. I had similar issues as all of these complaints, rude service, forgetting food, getting an order wrong. I wrote to corporate never even got a response. That is why Popeyes has gone down the toilet. And it’s also why KFC is going out of business.

Fairly new store in Holt, Mi. The staff was rude, the store was filthy, garbage cans too full to dispose of our garbage and to top it off the tenders and nuggets were cold. This location was very nice, when it first opened. They’re just like all of the other ones in the Lansing area. The staff is rude and really should not be working the window or the drive-thru.

I have been to this new location approximately 8 times since they have opened. And almost everytime there has been a PROBLEM with my order. Even management seems to be a issue. I like their chicken but it’s one screw up after another. I’m not going to even waste my time typing today’s comedy of errors. Please just get better training or better help.

Alright. I see many jokers parlaying in the reviews of this establishment. I believe them to be incompetent in the face of the fried chicken industry, and I reject their single-star-slingin slapstick ratings. I have frequented this Popeyes multiple times and have never had an issue. The chicken is yummy in my tummy and the grease is so much lighter than KFC. The Cornfed Colonel just has way too much grease in there to keep me out of the little roosters room. I will definitely continue to consume ridiculous quantities of their food, ESPECIALLY the mashed potatoes.
