This place is horrible! The workers are very slow. The food take a very long time and it’s not worth the wait. You can literally cook your own chicken in the time it takes to get 3 piece. The workers move slow and seem really nonchalant.

The experience at This Popeyes is ABSOLUTELY atrocious!! Trifling! Nasty. I am sick a day after eating at this trashy dirty unsanitary restaurant. I don’t even know why I kept my food!! The counters are filled trash and chicken and paper and old food with no lids, the workers go from the back playing on their phones, to the register, to making orders ALL W/out gloves or hand sanitizer, or washed hands.. Then gets an attitude when u say something about,. YUCK . They need to be shut down.. NASTY. And they think it’s funny

And the one video with The worker that has on gloves was AFTER I made a complaint, but she made a fuss about it and stormed to the back before the manager told her , “They’re watching yall”

Yes, it takes an intensive time to receive your meal. However, the meal does not disappoint when I say those chicken that I had selected was so over the top. I’ve never ordered them before they are one of my top tier favorites that chicken salad when they first bring it out, I could not understand why people was waiting in line for hours and hours, but now I understand why and I have tried several chicken sandwiches from KFC and somewhere else. I can’t remember but Popeyes chicken has the best one. I am a fan.

I went inside to order, except I like to wash my hands before eating. They informed me that their bathroom was out of order and that customers are not able to wash their hands before eating. Unacceptable. Of course I’m reporting that to corporate. I believe if this location was in the suburbs, this problem would not occur. Only in the urban areas it seems a lack of true care and concern for cleanliness. I a customer in the health care field. I strongly believe in cleaning my hands before eating. Especially after dealing with money. I’m going to also report this situation to the health inspectors as well. Something needs to be done. It’s not fair to customers who would like to clean hands before and after eating. Located on corner of Warren and Conners. I decided not to order or eat here. I may not even come back. Yet I will report this to the corporate along with health inspectors. My word.

I ordered ahead on app but when I arrived, they made me wait for another half an hour for 18 wings and a sprite. The thing is I had to wait for forever but 4-5 people that ordered after me got the food before me?
I got the food eventually but when I check the bag, they forgot my drinks and sauces??? The chicken does not look delicious like previous times I ordered. What the heck is this?? No apologies, straight face. Speechless with this kind of operation.
I have been coming to this location many times, they were pretty good. But after this time I swear on my mama I will never comeback.

This is the worst store ever I did a mobile order and the store refused to make my order. Workers just standing around not doing anything. Refused to cancel my order just messed up all the way around. I’ll be up there tomorrow to talk to the store manager and I’m going to contact corporate. Very unprofessional and everyone working this night especially the manager needs to be fired. I’ve worked in fast food and I just because a person doesn’t feel like making food shouldn’t be rude. Customers should always prioritized. Now I have to wait 24 to 48 hrs for a refund. Need to have a live person to talk to.

Close this Popeyes location now!! it is sorry it is nasty. The staff is sorry the staff is Nasty I give no stars I wouldn’t let my sick dying dog have his last meal from here. The mail manager is incompetent. He doesn’t know how to do certain transactions. This place is absolutely totally despicable. This Popeyes location is an insult to the Popeyes establishment!

The doors are locked it’s 4pm on 8/27. This made us go through the drive through. After using the drive through, we waited over 20 minutes for our food with only one car in front of us. When we got to the drive through window, not only was our food not ready but the manager came to the window (man in grey shirt) and made us “back up behind the red poll”. Mind you the car in front of us is STILL also waiting for their food.
Customer service is awful , time waiting is horrible and WHY are the doors LOCKED at 4pm. There are at least 4-5 ppl “working” inside!!!
