The food was hot fresh and amazing! The young man who served us was so wonderful. I can’t remember his name but he was a scholarship winner from chick-fil-a. He was very kind, and asked how we were doing which was very thoughtful as our baby was in the hospital at the time. We would definitely go here over the other location in town.

Alicia was the most (and only) rude chick fil an employee I ever encountered. I went to scan my QR code, but held it upside down. She said “you’re doing it wrong”, I reverse the QR code and it scans and she says, “see how it works immediately when you do it right?”. It was very passive aggressive and I don’t get why she had such little patience for me scanning the QR code upside down at first.

Now me, I’m a frequent flyer at chick Fil A I enjoy the food a lot. And I find it just absolutely appalling that when my girlfriend was waving to her roommate, she decided to flick her off and stare and laugh with her co. Workers, I just find it ridiculous, that Mikey would do this. We were just trying to bring a smile to their day with this terrible weather outside. I know it’s cold.
And seeing the a friendly face wave to you would always bring a smart to my face. But for her to respond with the middle finger is absurd, and I thought chick filla had a higher standard than that and I know i’m not tripping because when I got to the cashier, she was so nice. Get it together.

Was doing a DoorDash order and stood waiting for an order that was ready for 10 minutes because their employee Austin refused to help me even though I was in the designated area to pick up an order. Spoke to the manager who just came in to finally get helped.
Honestly I’d avoid ordering a delivery order through this store they do not care and will show no care about their delivery customers because this isn’t the first time this has happened.

As if we didn’t already love coming here on our trips to the zoo!…. Last night i came in with my kiddos, we ordered 3 large fries and 2 sandwiches. The sweet lady at the register (all of the staff is always sweet, I’ve never seen one who didn’t make your day!) told me that my bill was on the house. What a sweet gesture! I felt guilty! She just smiled and said no, don’t worry, it’s ok. What a special place. And thank you to the employees who are so kind!
They had to close the play area for a while for cleaning a mess, and the gentleman who had to close it said he felt so bad, he was so sorry. They are so warm and welcoming here. You feel like you’re at home!
And the food is great! I only eat the waffle fries (allergies) but man are they good! My kids love everything here!
