The staff here were genuinely kind and thoughtful. I ordered a burger without the bun since I am cutting down on carbs and asked for utensils. To my surprise, they arranged everything so neatly between the lettuce and meat instead of tossing it into a box like most places do. Such a small detail, yet it showed real care. I ended up not even needing the utensils. Really appreciated the effort and will definitely return!

I was a victim of racism because I spoke little English.
I went with my mother to order a Baconator Fries and some chicken tenders, and first they said they were only taking orders through DoorDash, which is false because I got out of line and waited, and they served other cars but not me.
Then I went back to the line and ordered the french fries, and she took my order. When I ordered the chicken, they told me they wouldn’t give me that and wouldn’t take my order. So I repeated my order because I thought they hadn’t understood me, and she repeated again that they wouldn’t give me that and wouldn’t take my order. To which I said that I spoke little English and asked if I could go to the front to order better, and she replied that we were in America, so I had to speak English, that I had crossed the “border” and had a long way to go if I didn’t speak English.
After that, I went to the front and told my mother to record, and when I approached, she opened the window and asked what my order was. When she saw that I repeated the order of fries and chicken, she slammed the window in my face. I waited there for 5 minutes to see if anyone else would serve me, and a man stood there watching and telling us to leave. I parked the car to see what they would do. We waited another 7 minutes, and then another woman came out, speaking hypocritically, asking what my order was. I asked her why her friend was being racist towards me, and she said she didn’t know what I was talking about, that she was taking my order. At that point, I didn’t want to argue, so I left. I didn’t trust them not to spit in my food or put something in it.
My mother and I felt very discriminated against by these people and this treatment.
I always order through DoorDash, and so does my sister, and the food NEVER arrives correctly, NEVER.

This Wendy’s made me avoid Wendy’s for a long time. I was reminded today why that was. Not only are the wait times very very long, the quality of the food is awful, and the employees will argue that you didn’t order something even when you have a receipt to show that you did. Are they trying to keep the food for themselves? If you really like Wendy’s, avoid this one.

Absolutely horrible experience. $21 order took 15 minutes. Watched 6 orders get food before me who ordered after me…I had to go in myself and ask about my food. Then I get told it’s because they drop the tenders fresh and that takes 6 minutes. I tell them I’ve been waiting in my car for 15 minutes and had to check on my food myself…everyone simply walked away from me. Horrible….they have people pull ahead of and back behind the pole to try to keep their times down. How about we just take of people in order instead of trying to beat the system because then people get skipped. And the lack of care about people’s experience is discouraging.

I’m VERY upset.!! I went inside to order my food. The guy told me he had to grab the manager cause the cashier was on break. So the manager “Mary” came to take my order. I “specifically” told her NO ketchup because I’m allergic to red dye. I get all the way to work and my sandwich is full of ketchup. Like what if I bit into the sandwich before looking, and my lungs started to close. I’m sure nobody cares. I’m just highly irritated.

So it’s a dark skinned girl she is young she be working at the window and she only works at night. She needs to be fired because every time me and my boyfriend come get food she gives us the wrong items and don’t play about my food and if the little girl don’t like her job maybe Wendy’s ain’t for her I will call cooperate on her everyday until I don’t have to see her no more she is rude and that can drive customers away. Inside is closed at 6pm. Management was VERY rude to an elder man. He walked up to the drive thru, wanting to know why inside was closed, cause he wanted to place an order. Manager rudely said inside is closed but wouldn’t say why. If he’s walking, n the inside is closed. He’s supposed to order HOW again. It’s not what u say, but how u say it.
