Ordered a sandwich meal with fries and wanted to test out the ghost pepper boneless wings. Sandwich and fries were put into the bag straight away then the waiting persisted, finally got my food after 6 people had ordered and received their orders, at this point I have cold food and hot wings. Unfortunately a few miles down the road I bit into my boneless wings to find out they most certainly are bone in.

This was my first time experiencing Popeyes Louisiana in seymour. Took over 30 minutes to get our food to us. The food was good, the place was clean but the service was really poor. We were one of the first ones in so it wasn’t busy.

Poorly managed and operated. This place has serious management issues. They many times and even at opening do not have Chicken prepared. Numerous times when I’ve pulled into the parking lot employees are outside in groups smoking. They scurry back in and it’s mixed results what amount of time you have to wait. Service is friendly at the drive thru and they apologize for the typical wait. Food is usually good. I just can’t believe that this franchise is operated so poorly.

Waited a bit to get service. Two people looked at us and didn’t come wait on us and they were just standing there talking. The worker at drive thru had to come wait on us. The nice gentleman who gave us our order was very polite. The food was excellent.

If your in a rush while traveling along 65 don’t stop here. It took about 45 minutes to get our food. And there was only 1 person in line in front of us. This place is horribly managed or they need more training. I read the reviews way too late. But several reviews said the same thing. Very long wait times.

The food was pretty good and the service was decent. We went to the drive-thru because we weren’t allowed in the restaurant since we had a puppy with us. We just got the dog and didn’t want to leave it in the car by itself, so we were disappointed about that although we kind of understood. The prices were a little high but we got the family special which for the three of us who are eating it was about the same price we would have paid for a regular meal for each of us, so that was pretty good. All in all I enjoyed eating there I have eaten there before and I’m never had a real problem with the food or the service.

If you wanna wait over 30 minutes for food then go right ahead. Went thru drive thru ordered my food and was asked to pull to the side. Thinking ok no biggie maybe 10 minutes at the most. After waiting 30 minutes I went inside and still had to wait. They said sorry but at that point I was already upset. They definitely need more training for management and kitchen staff. While I was waiting people ordering from drive thru still were waiting on food or told they didn’t have it at all.

Visited here at 4:49 pm and no chicken. Was told it would take 12 minutes. Decided to wait. 20 minutes later asked for refund. The dining room was full of pizza boxes and tables dirty and the manager was RUDE. Will not return.
