Hannah was very helpful. I’ve had issues with ordering in advance and the food is usually ready within 5-10 minutes
Sounds great, unless you live 25 minutes away and your order says it’ll be ready in 25-30 minutes. Makes coordinating a little challenging, but Hannah let me k kw to just give them a call ahead of time to let them know so they can clock it. They don’t see the times that the online order system provides. This coordinating allows for a piping hot dinner, as planned. Thanks Hannah!

I don’t want to give you a bad review because of one employee but the kid working at 9:40pm on 10/17/25 gave horrible portions and argued with two customers about it and was messing with the other workers when they asked him to grab a bag for the appetizer ( which I didn’t get because he was arguing about 4 pieces of beef and 3 shrimp with other customer) I asked for more chicken myself but he grabbed an additional side and charged me for it. Like no dude I just wanted a full scoop of chicken. Never had a bad experience before the food was good but that kid needs to be talked to. Rude, argumentative, bad portions.

I had food delivered LAST NIGHT, and HONESTLY, it was just TERRIBLE! My husband and I ordered DIFFERENT plates—I got chow mein, honey walnut shrimp, and honey sesame chicken breast, and he got fried rice and shrimp. The food was AWFUL—a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! We didn’t even FINISH our plates and I was just SO disappointed. It just SEEMED like they just HURRIED UP and put this TRASH food on our plate and it TASTED like the food had been SITTING! It seemed like they just gave it to you ANY KIND OF WAY! The FIRST time I EVER had delivery from Panda Express and it’s my FIRST bad experience THAT’S CRAZY! I KNOW next time NOT to order this GARBAGE food!
