I was just speaking with my coworkers about the worst restaurant experience we have all had. My example was this Popeyes. I visited in August 2024 and forgot to leave a review: Horrible service. I paid $17.30 for the box of food I received in the photo. I expressed that my order was not only inaccurate, but pitiful altogether no matter what I ordered. I was told that this was correct and no compensation was offered. I submitted a complaint online asking for a refund. I never got a refund. Do not recommend.

Good food but not a good value. First they appear to have dropped their blackened chicken sandwich so now have no sandwiches that aren’t breaded and deep fried. Today I bought a BBQ chicken sandwich, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and medium orange soda… $14. Mashed potatoes were good. Coleslaw was a bit bland. Portion sizes were very small for $14. Probably will not get food from here again.

Corporate really ought to take a look at these reviews!..This is my 3rd time stopping at the Mitchel rd location…. the only reason you got one star is because I had to give one to give a review… the first time I was standing in line two people in front of me, one got waited on, the other was from door dash who had been there for 25 min…they told her it will just a few min…she said thats what you told me twice before and ive been here over 25 min…now its my turn to order…1 min she said…the employees…were all laughing and goofing around while the cashier was on her cell phone…15 min after not taking my order i left followed by to other unhappy customers…….The 2nd time I tried….drive thru….placed my order pulled up and paid and was told to pull to the other side of the building and they would bring it out….i waited about 10…15 min….parked the car and went in….they looked at my receipt and said Oh….it will be just a moment…then yelld back and told them what she needed… gave my water to somebody else and left me hanging outside…. I had no time to wait I had to get back to work…Now…the 3rd time I went to the drive thru…ordered 2 no.1…just the sandwiches and she told me to pull up to the window…paid for the food…nobody in line…i sat there for about 10 min then was ask to pull up past the whites lines…ok…another 15 min goes by..and she comes out and tells me the chicken for your order are still in the freezer, would you like to order something else…. and then she started naming off all the items that they did not have…lol… I told her no thank you ,I will just take my money back….. it is really sad but you have lost a good customer over people who just don’t care including your manager …. you really need to clean house there or close it… everything that I have said is absolutely 100% fact… your restaurants used to be really good…. but are failing fast!!

Service was very horrible ! Manager was extremely rude to guest as well as employees. She had zero signs of compassion nor the slightest bit of respect. When we proceeded to ask for her name she caught a very disturbing attitude and stated “she did not have to”. They wore no name tags so I have no way to identify her but photographic memory. I feel bad for the employees under her because they did try to help but it seems like she’s running a dictatorship.

I paid 20.17$ for four pcs classic and three tinder’s and what I got, only thighs and i asked for breasts only and the attitude for the girls there is so awful man.
I will never get any food from there again.
This is my advice. Please see the three dollar tender piece.

We ordered (2) family chicken meals. Not sure if it’s improper handling of food but everyone that consumed the food from this location, we all got sick! Multiple trips to the bathroom, chills and severe stomach cramps!
After speaking to a family member, they told me they also got sick from eating at this location (and I hadn’t told the person which location made us sick). Eat here if you want food poisoning.

I wanna make sure that you always check your food before leaving the establishment, I was served raw chicken and I called up to the restaurant to let them know. They told me there was nothing they can do and I have proof to show y’all, these people are disgraceful and disgusting when it comes to customer service, Please the risk of salmonella and food poisoning is high when it comes to serving chicken.

Went thru the drive through, was asked to wait ahead and they will bring out the order. 10 minutes went by, then 15, then 20, then 25….finally went inside. Said they were waiting on filets. Turns out my good was sitting in a bag the whole time and they were actually waiting on the apple pies, but no one new anything about apple pies, so they had to bake fresh ones. 37 minutes later, finally left with my food order. Food was great, service was the slowest in town.

Last time I came here the employees were nice, no attitudes, and accommodating. This time was very different. As I was walking in an employee and customer were arguing. It was so bad the customer went outside threw her food on the ground and stepped on it. The attitude of the cashier was too much. I just left.

No inside service at this location. I went to the drive thru and placed my order which was the 8 pc breaded shrimp, one side and biscuit.
For condiments- I asked for cocktail sause BUT they were out so I requested tartar sauce, ketchup, salt, pepper and butter. I didnt receive any tartar sauce and only 2 ketchup, salt pepper, 2 butter and one napkin
Food was fresh, taste great but they need to work on the order request better and keep stocked properly at this location- I was lucky enough to find to packets of tartar sauce in my driver door storage so i could make a sause up for the shrimp…
