Visiting my daughter & son in law in Stockton, traveled to Lodi for breakfast. Cool restaurant, friendly, courteous staff. I ordered the Ham & Eggs regular since they also serve an 18oz Ham. Good food all around, if visiting Lodi worth a visit.

Richmaid is a local Lodi staple! Owned by the sweetest family who is very community oriented— this restaurant has been a staple in our family for decades. The restaurant itself is a cute 1950’s style diner that is decorated with memorabilia from days gone by. It is clean and comfortable. The service is EXCELLENT— even when it is busy! Kim is my absolute favorite. How she can remember all of her customers’ names and orders is beyond me. Impressive! The food is where this place truly shines. The menu is large and expensive— offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus senior specials and other daily discounts. During lunch you can actually get a real hamburger, fries and soda meal for less than $10– and it puts fast food to shame! My favorite is the German Borscht soup— house made and so flavorful!!! I’ve never, ever had a bad meal here. Great for catching up with family, a quick lunchtime bite, or just because you don’t want to cook. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Twice! If you are in Lodi- get the chicken! Golden crispy and delicious -and, not fried! They have great carrot raisin salad, borscht, and clam chowder. I think you cannot make a poor choice at this local eatery.

My first time having lunch with 25 people from our car club at Richmaid. Their “broasted” chicken is the best fried chicken I’ve ever tasted!! Their fries are amazing also. The restaurant is pleasantly decorated and all the employees were so happy and kind. I’m definitely going back!! Give it a try, you’ll be happy you did!
