I’ve been meaning to write a review for this location for over 2 years now! With that being said , 2 years later .. the ‘ clay st.’ Location gives the best customer service ! Whether I’m working or for personal , .. they are consistent regardless of how early or how late ( sometimes right about closing ) , and they still r friendly, food is always good, never have attitude, .. I love this staff .. we love Popeyes but the employees here .. that is what makes this Popeyes the best ! I’ve gone to both locations and there’s no comparison! They deserve to be noted for how hard they work ! Thank y’all for always providing well prepared food and with exceptional customer service ! Zee

11am fresh chicken for fam. Wrong 12 piece meat rotten skin with slime under, bones black with black fried hard foul liquid at breast drumsticks wings under crust black decade. Never looked in box until home. FDA notified Popeyes 800 number on my phone return call .Monday November-March grocery stores rotten also. Why who Chicken processing plant is Sandersfarm, but sold last yr.

Everytime I order my food they always forget to put what I order in my delivery bag but today was enough I order 8 piece mixed with a large Mac n cheese they sent old chicken from like earlier today hard and dry and they didn’t put my Mac n cheese in it and my order was over 60+$ I called they didn’t want to answer and finally answered with an attitude I told her what was goin on she goin to tell me I got to send it back are bring it I just Uber it over here now I got to Uber it back very poor service

I ordered two 5-piece tender meals with fries for my boys and was told at the intercom when placing my order that it would be a wait. There were 4 cars in front of me so I figured the wait wouldn’t be so bad. When I finally arrived at the window, I was told that the wait would be 2 minutes and to pull up for my food. My 2 minutes after pulling up turned into 15 minutes. Once I received my food, I still had to get the worker’s attention to come back to my vehicle after she left because there were no dipping sauces or ketchup in the bag. Before being able to return to my vehicle with my items, she was stopped by another vehicle that was doing a pickup order because his drink was missing. The worker turned around and went back to the drive-thru window to get the other customer’s drink. She retrieved his drink, gave it to him, and then returned to my vehicle to give me my condiments, which weren’t enough for two 5-piece tenders and fries but I was tired of waiting. My entire trip to Popeye’s today was approximately 25 minutes. OAN: the workers had a great attitude and were very friendly.

These people have a bad attitude toward customers. I go to place my order and I get told rudely to hold. After sitting for over 5 minutes of sitting there waiting for them to respond back, in pouring down rain mind you with your window cracked getting literally soaked just to be able to hear them and they don’t respond back, did me in with the new 1. I’ll either go to the 1 on Pemberton or I will discontinue eating at Popeyes permanently. Too expensive anyway. I can get a better deal at church’s chicken.

Me & my friend had a GREAT experience at this particular Popeyes ! We were greeted upon entering, which automatically made me feel relaxed. I had been traveling all day and this extra touch of southern hospitality made me feel more ‘at home’ The food was hot, fresh and delicious ! There was a really nice lady that took my order. I appreciated her patience while I was deciding on what to get…. I was sure tired ! The place was clean to boot !! This will be a place I remember to stop by the next time I roll through again !
