I started out in drive thru. Saw everybody that went inside get their order fast, so I went inside. Ended up waiting over 45 minutes for a spicy 8-piece meal. Why is it that Popeyes never has spicy chicken ready? I was asked at least 4 times what my order was. I still did not get the pieces of chicken that I asked for originally. I wanted no thighs. They took the order back and gave me part of what I asked for. I left with my order anyway. I was tired. What a nightmare.

Please make a RESERVATION before coming to this Popeyes! Lol the food is good, but it takes forever. The staff is sometimes rude, but I mean who wants to play in flour all day? If you HAVE time go here, but if NOT I would NOT recommend. Also, have your coupon out 10 miles down the road before you turn in the parking lot or you’ll make the staff upset! Lol 🙂

Wait time in line was 45 minutes to order 2 pieces of chicken and 3 chicken strips. The 3 strips were so small it took all 3 to make one decent chicken tender. Very displeased with the quality and service

Food is good. Most days out of staff. So, even after ordering online you need to wait in drive thru for 40-50 mins to get your order. They can improve on letting customer know when they are ordering online that they are not accepting customer inside the restaurant.

3/2/2023 at 8pm….. the A-Team was definitely in the building. The drive thru wasn’t backed up, the lady taking orders was friendly, fast, yet precise. The kitchen had ALL the food tasting fantastic. I wish it could ALWAYS be like this. All shifts need to take notes from THIS shift.
