When I drove up to place my order, I ordered 3 of the big box meals spicy with 2 peppers and some honey the person who was taking the orders was dry, I felt like I was being rushed. When I made it to the window, the person taking the money was dry. She took my payment told me to pull up to the 3rd parking space. I waited for about 20 mins before the food was brought to me. When I made it home, the chicken was not spicy. I didn’t have no pepper’s or honey. Popeyes chicken in MS is never spicy.

The store in Madison Hwy 51 is TERRIBLE! I was in line 30 minutes before placing an order. When I asked which drink was diet, server shrugged & said she didn’t know and turned away. Then told to park & wait for our order. 1 order of strips and 1 order of ghost wings. Waited 45 minutes! Terrible attitudes and wait times!

We were there at 9pm on 5/3/23 and Google says open until 10pm. These employees would not talk to us then lied to us about closing time, didn’t have food and would not cook any food. I hope the owner of this franchise sees this and takes action. I’ve always liked Popeyes and hope they can make this location successful.

Best popeyes in town! Prices went up, but worth it. At least the shrimp dinner. Usually the line is very long, but today there wasn’t a line. Ordered and got my food in 3 mins! Food hot and fresh!

the slowest Popeyes to exist. the line stretches unsafely into the middle of the road. we have tried to pick up multiple doordash orders at this location and they have always taken over 20 minutes. they don’t even have the inside open so that you can quickly pick up Doordash orders either.
