Normally when i go to popeyes if Mr Jeremy isn’t there i would leave. Friday when i went i told him about it. He asked me to give the store a try without him. He explained he’s just a small piece of a well trained store. Well Mr Jeremy i tried it out tonight and i must say everything was amazing. From the speed of service, to the freshness of the food, to the friendly Welcome Back. Thank you all for making me feel special every time i come.

I will never ever eat at this Popeyes again!! I ordered a 12pc buffalo rub wing combo and asked for everything to be dropped fresh while ordering at the intercom. Get to the window, pay for my food and low behold I’m sitting in park 1 as I was instructed to do for 30 mins as I watch 16 cars be serviced and leave I get out and go into the restaurant and I was asked what was I waiting for? So I’m like my food!!! I’ve been in that park for 30 mins and so the manager proceeds to give me chicken that was sitting under the warming light and by then I just went off!! I was told to wait another 18 mins I waited an hour at Popeyes and didn’t even leave with my full combo!! Blamed me being forgotten on being understaffed!! How so? Only reason I won’t complain about the quality of the food is because the wings were cooked fresh!

We ordered a 12 piece garlic Parmesan wings and spent a little over 50 dollars and was asked to wait because the wings weren’t done. That’s fine, we waited 30 minutes for RAW chicken. The people were very nice but I don’t think they left it in the frier long enough. Very upset. Had to throw it all away.

Better check your bag at the drive through. Also, wouldn’t hurt if they changed the grease regularly and cut back on the season. Food was not edible.

The service at this location is by far the worst. I waited in line nearly 20 minutes for three cars in front of me to have their orders taken. Mind you this was well before closing time 9pm to be exact when closing time is 11 pm per Google. Well I finally got a chance to place my order and of course I was told that they were out of wings so that’s a 10 minute wait and yes I told the lady I would wait. But the worse thing is the fact that there are like 6 staff members in the building. Lobby was closed so why was the wait time so long with 6 people working? This is the result of poor management. Staff seems to be moving slow so that people will jump out of line and just leave.
I can say that the lady working the window was doing a lot of the work and made this experience better.

The first thing I noticed with this Popeyes is they asked us to wait before we ordered which didn’t raise any red flags at first. But then when I started to order, they didn’t have any spicy tenders or spicy breast when they don’t close for another 4 hours. That was annoying to me. Alongside that, we waited for the spicy chicken and was told 6 minutes and end up waiting 28 mins which probably would’ve been longer had not me and my mom went into Popeyes. Just to find out they said they were waiting on fries which they didn’t tell us at the order spot. Got home and ate, the food was warm but should’ve been hot enough to dissolve my fingerprints with that long wait, the fries was good but the biscuit was soggy, smushed, and lowkey burnt.

I placed an online order to go. Food was delayed 20 minutes beyond the pick up time, no biggie. My problem is paying for 3 different flavor of wings yet they all look the same. Pathetic.
