I left another Popeyes location because they took too long to take orders and I arrived here. This placed was obviously understaffed and the service was still better than the one I left. Maybe several called in IDK. The clerk got my order right and food was delicious. I don’t remember the clerks name. Mid-sized mature black lady and mature skinny black lady. They worked together to take care of orders. Shout out to this staff!! I held on to my receipt for 3 weeks to later give props were due. I would be on the side of debating that if this location picked up the slack and found 3 more or better workers to help the staff thats willing; then it would be booming!! I noticed several others had bad reviews. My service here was great though!! I was there around 15 til noon. Chicken was fresh and juicy. I ordered mild thighs!!

Extremely disappointing experience. My order had four driver reassignments and was never prepared on time. The restaurant claimed the driver was late, while the driver confirmed the food was not ready. This resulted in over an hour of wasted time and frustration. This level of service is unacceptable. Serious operational issues need to be addressed.

Drive Thru Very Slow. When we finally made it to order they told us to hold on waited more to order others were driving off because of the long wait time. When we made it to the window took card for payment, no drinks, when food finally came still no drinks had to wait to ask where our drinks were, after asking handed one drink, had to wait to speak with the staff asked where the other drink was. After all of that food was not good, dry tough chicken & shrimp & fish sandwich sub-par at best.

Goodman Road. Horrible wait times! Dont go unless you have an hour or more to wait. I waited in the dining room for an online order for 40 minutes!! This was for an online order. Dining room was packed. Drive through was wrapped around the store. They literally just need more employees in order to keep up with the work load & number of orders. If they dont have enough employees then they need to pay more and stop being greedy and embezzling money from the customers. This wastes the time of customers and delivery drivers. No wonder the rich are rich and the poor are poor. Yal taking all the money so yal can drive Lamborghinis. They put profit over people and it shows. They told people coming in that they are not taking orders in the dining room. Pathetic. Yal wasted my life. I will never order here again as long as Im breathing. Oh and floors dirty. They dont wear gloves either. Good & funny customer service tho, they made me laugh and gave me a free drink for waiting an hour for an order but horrible management. Horrible horrible horrible

This location is trash! Shut it down!! I wouldn’t feed my dog what they served me!!! Bad customer service. I placed my order online. It wasn’t ready when I got there.! Then when I was ready I didn’t know because they didn’t say anything. They just sat the bag on the counter! My dipping sauce wasn’t in the bag, biscuit was hard, grilled chicken nuggets seemed old! The only thing that was fresh was the fries!! I typically don’t eat at this place! But since T mobile had a special for the 3 tenders for a 1.00 ordered! Never again!!!

Every time I come here they somehow manage to ruin my order and sometimes my night. Ordered a blackened chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese and they gave me the crispy chicken sandwich with nothing on it. Guess they figured they knew better. The chicken was supposed to be spicy but it wasn’t i guess they were paying for it because they gave me what they wanted me to have and the worst part was this was supposed to be my Mac and cheese and it not even edible looks more like dressing and I guess I was the Turkey to keep going back there

I would leave zero stars if I could! I own a very busy business and would never treat my customers how these people treat theirs. Who owns this restaurant? SHUT IT DOWN and start over from scratch. Food is ok if you didn’t let it get cold waiting 15 on chicken wings after you were told 10. Then another 7 like after that and still waiting. Rude employees. And just says if you ask a question do you want your money back. Someone needs to clean house of management and staff.
