this restaurant has recently changed management and has an almost completely new staff and you can 100% tell. even while being short staffed, they are kicking butt. they’re new blackened chicken is probably my favorite grab n go dinner and my family LOVES the red beans/rice and the mac n cheese. after looking at the reviews on here, i highly highly recommend giving them another try. between the new management & staff, it’s a serious turn around. definitely my favorite popeyes to go to between the food & people!!

I’ve been seeing the commercial for the ghost pepper wings and they look so good!! I finally decided to give them a try, they are 5.99 for 6. I know for the commercials the food you see is not always exactly like what you get… BUT… These wings were pitiful!! The smallest, tiniest, pitiful looking wings I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I really didn’t think you could get chicken wings this small. It was like Pigeon Wings and although tasty… not worth $1 each. If they were $0.25 cents each… they wouldn’t be overpriced, but you still wouldn’t feel like you got a deal on them. A large family meal of chicken, 3 orders of wings, and an extra side was $72. That’s not a typo!! The family meal of chicken tasted like it had been sitting there for a few hours and the “large” sides are too small. If you want me to spend $72 to feed a family of four… it better be fresh, good quality, and taste great. My advice, drive further and satisfy your chicken craving somewhere else.

If you could give 0 starts I’d probably give zero. Every employee I had interaction with today were rude. They practically through my food in my face didn’t say anything and closed the window. I live 39 minutes away from the location, got home and didn’t have any of the tenders I ordered. When you call the number it says the voicemail is full. Called corporate before trying to drive 39 minutes back and they did nothing to help either. Scared to even drive back at this point because I’m sure I’ll get told I got them when I didn’t. Popeyes in general should close at this point if this is the best have have to offer for costumer service.

First time we went we ordered a 12 piece family pack and 7 were wings and others were not cooked all the way. Second time we went we waited 48 minutes in the drive thru. We told the lady of our experience on the first visit. Asked if she could please make sure the chicken was right. We also asked for sauces for our shrimp and fish. Then after waiting all that time we were asked to pull up and wait and we only ordered 8 pieces this time. She brings it to the window. Total waiting tim now 1 hr. 5 minutes. She says I hope they got it right. HOPE THAT IS! Why would you have not checked that herself. Sure enough we get home. No sauces, the shrimp were hard and dried up and cold. The fish was 1 piece 2 in. Long. I am not kidding! Not the right piece count again. Biscuits were so hard they could have put out a window.So disappointed! We were so excited about Popeyes but I think Bojangles is going to get our business back.

I was very disappointed in my drive through order. First the women that took my order sounded as if she hated her job and had no interest in my order. I got three of the Big Box Meal with tenders. When I got home there were no tenders, but one piece of chicken in each with a burnt biscuit. To make it worse each order was missing a side. When I called to speak to the manager I was told there was nothing that could be done. This was first and last time I will be going to Popeyes.

As a restaurant manager I am very understanding and usually do not give bad reviews. But simply put, if the food don’t turn you off the employee’s certainly will. I work right beside them and can’t always go out for lunch so I have given several chances over the past few months but I would rather starve! Food missing, burnt biscuits, no straw for the drink, and don’t dare think your going to get silverware for your beans and rice. YEAH RIGHT! WHAT A JOKE! DO BETTER! It’s obvious the owner does NOT care!!

And the service was the worst and honestly the little girl should be fired and never allowed to work for the public EVA again ! She was rude …act like she absolutely hated her job and didn’t wanna be there . Then that heifer threw …yes I said threw my money at me through the window!! I’d hate to think my life is that miserable . Will definitely not be back . They should have been shut down a long time ago imo! Little girl if u don’t like ur job…stay home ! We pay your bills !!!!

I come here to get dinner or to grab lunch yes sometimes the drive thru is long but I find it worth the wait they are trying hard to meet everyone’s needs with fast and friendly service I have had my order mixed up once or twice but when I let them know they sure try to fix my order I haven’t had anyone rude to me yet great job Popeyes I have seen a change over the time I have been coming here

The service is terrible. They always get my order wrong after I specifically told them what I wanted. Oh well! What can you expect out of a bunch of grown idiots that only have a 3rd grade education. Haven’t visited This location in awhile. Went today , shrimp tackle box w/fries and leg kids meal. Asked for fresh fries the order taker was to busy being smart by replying it can to every question I asked. I won’t be back and he needs to stop his bs running customers off. Older white lady at the window was rude as well and very dismissive. Should kept my $12.06 my fries are old and cold. I’ll never spend another dollar at this location. To the (owner)
