Ordered dinner tonight & was supposed to have boneless wings. What actually arrived looked QUESTIONABLE. It didn’t look like a tender, boneless wing, or bone in.

We ordered the Parmesan wings, classic hot, three pieces combo, red beans and rice, Mac and cheese, biscuits, and chicken sandwich. It was okay. My Mac and cheese was super cold and lumpy like the last serving in the pot. The chicken was okay the breast we questioned if it was cooked all the way. The wings were great. The chicken sandwich was disappointing cold and soggy. The mash potatoes were definitely great. Overall the experience was lacking. My food was mediocre. Wish more care and handle was put into the preparation. My service was great.

I think they slaughter the chicken on-site so it’s fresh, but… yeah it takes like 30 minutes to go through the drive through. It’s not an exaggeration to say they should just close the drive through to clearly communicate that you might as well sit down and get comfy.

The evening staff is awesome here!!!! The young teen in the front is so sweet and it made me feel so good seeing a young person take their job professionally.
I know this is unrelated but the comment from “Weedy biscuit” is so inaccurate!!! There is a mixture of races in that store and were when I was there! Hence the name “Weedy Biscuit” smh… maybe she was imagining something that was not true since I saw she left reviews for the weed store the same day… anyways.. this store is a great one and I hate when people make fake reviews it’s so shameful!

I went into this store location to pick up an order for door dash. I asked the female employee if drinks were in the bag (like most fast food restaurants do) and she called me a racist term and laughed and mocked me. I told her a lot of restaurants put the drinks in the bag. Her co-worker had to get me the drink because she wasn’t going to deal with a stupid racist term here another word for a girl here head. This location needs to be trained in how to talk to people in general, learn what a hate crime is, customer service skills, and more. Only 1 worker helped me out of their whole evening shift people. While she kept calling me names and laughing at me.

Chaos pretty much describes this particular location on any given day. Food is generally pretty good. Service is generally pretty good. Organization is generally extremely terrible. Food weight times are off the charts. I got to really be hankering for Popeyes to come to this place.

To start off, Popeyes spicy fried chicken is my favorite anywhere. I recently began working in Columbia but we are living in Lawrenceburg, TN. So we decided to get popeyes and take it home this afternoon. I got 12 pieces and 2 sides and 6 biscuits. I checked the sides and biscuits in the box and saw the box of chicken so I took it with me thinking I was good. When I got home 50 minutes later, my chicken was supposed to be 6 pieces of spicy and 6 regular. I ended up with only 6 spicy and no regular. So I was missing half of my chicken. There is no way for them to make this right because I live almost an hour away. I didn’t try this location right away because of all of the negative reviews. My first time trying them I am now leaving my own negative review. The food is great but the service seems to be their biggest issue. If I go here again I will know that I need to physically check everything. I am bummed that I am missing half of the chicken I paid for. I am also bummed because my wife and daughters do not like the spicy chicken. Might be a while before I risk giving them a try again.
