Managers Anthony and Will were outstanding to my husband and me along with all of the other customers inside the restaurant and drive thru lines. Mr. Anthony’s and Mr. Will’s professionalism, enthusiasm, efficiency, and customer service skills were/are impressive. The front line cashiers and team members were awesome and they greeted us with smiles and enthusiasm as we entered the restaurant The restaurant and restrooms were the clean. The food was fresh and delicious. We dined on the i side, and everything was top tier. We were impressed!

I want to give this location a chance but, it can be so inconsistent. I’ve been in with fair service but, it has been poor more often. Some of the staff are rude and act as if you are inconveniencing them by being there. I visited a month or so ago and there were no napkins so, several customers were getting paper towels from the restroom. I visited more recently and received an abundance of condiments and utensils in the bag for a 2 piece meal.

The sign on the window advertised a 10 piece for $16.99 and the manager refused to honor the sign stating it was an old sign that needed to be replaced and it required a coupon as well, she also rudely told me she didn’t care what the sign said and she was the manager …This pictured sign is up and has no expiration date nor does it state coupon required as she stated to me. The young lady in the Collierville location always is rude with an unprovoked attitude every time I’ve been inside and she’s there during the lunch hour. Keep in mind that all the signs posted are lies and Popeye’s doesn’t honor the posted specials! They leave at 11 PM maybe but that store is actually closed by 9:45PM and the doors locked. Don’t mind complaining to a manager because she was the manager. Ms. Jeans can’t manage herself much less a store and if this is leading by example…

I walked into the store and I immediately noticed an older Caucasian couple giving two cashiers a hard time about a special they misunderstood. One of the young ladies appeared to be new in training. While it was unfortunate to witness, I commend the employees’ efforts and most importantly their composure! I was extremely impressed at how quickly they were able to redeem themselves from that moment to assist me with my order! Good job Jada and Malia!!

I love Popeyes, but I can’t stand the type of food quality they provide in Memphis and the locations surrounding. I ordered a 3piece spicy tender combo and I thought the box felt light, but since I sat in line for nearly 30 minutes, I decided not to look before leaving the drive-thru. I realized today why I haven’t been to Popeyes in so long. Just ridiculous. And for $10?! What a complete ripoff. Won’t be going back.

Fabulous Experience from placing order to chicken quality. My husband and I went to our Collierville location to place an order for a large group of neighbors in advance for a Sunday Dinner. We were fortunate to deal with the manager, William Flathers.
He was outstanding !!!
From how much and how to order, to bringing the wonderfully moist chicken with the crispy coating ready as my husband arrived for pickup was a seemless experience.
As always, Popeyes chicken was a hit! We so appreciate Mr. Flathers helpful and patient guidance not to mention his attention to our order.
Our Sunday Dinner party was a huge success!

This is a very toxic restaurant regarding its service and atmosphere. We went there at noon on a Saturday because they had recently sent us coupons for a ten piece mixed chicken meal with 2 large side orders and 5 biscuits for 21.99 plus taxes. There was nobody in front of us, so we immediately placed our order. We asked the lady who took our order if it was possible to have more thighs and less wings for our order. She then asked her manager, a young white gentleman (Will?) to talk to us. Will told us absolutely NOT since there were “set pieces “ for the special. We asked what the set pieces were n he said 2 wings, 2 breasts, 3 legs n 3 thighs. He was apparently in a foul mood because he was very rude in his response. We told him the set pieces were fine with us. The lady then told this big tall young black gentleman who was completing orders that we would like to have more thighs n less wings in our order. He looked very annoyed. As soon as we paid for our order, we heard the manager started yelling at his workers including the guy who was preparing our order. All of a sudden, every body who worked inside the kitchen were screaming n yelling at each other. Very scary! All customers there were shocked. After only a few minutes, the tall black guy gestured at me that our order was ready. I checked n noticed that the five biscuits included in my order were missing. I told him n he went to get them. I then found there were 3 wings instead of the two in the set pieces their manager told us. I politely asked him if he would mind exchanging one wing for a thigh. He was very irritated by now, turned around n took out 2 wings n put back only one thigh. I told him n he put another thigh. We were supposed to eat there but by now we did not feel safe to stay there. When we went home, we found we only got 9 pieces of chicken. Now the fried chickens were actually pretty good except the 2 breasts were bone dried n inedible. The two side orders were tiny n not even filled up in their containers. In short, unless whoever own this franchise in Collierville, TN will make some serious improvements on this Popeyes, with the current economy n fierce competition from other fried chicken restaurants, their future may be doomed. That would sad since this used to be a decent restaurant.

My kids wanted to come because they love FNAF and Popeyes has the FNAF boxes. So, I went and ordered them for the kids.
I ordered a ghost pepper sandwich, but was told they were all gone so I got a spicy chicken sandwich instead.
The food TOOK FOREVER!!
And when we finally got it, I was told to pick another side because they didn’t have Mac and cheese either so I got fries. The fries were not good. Tasted old and cold.
The chicken on my sandwich was good, but there were no pickles. So, my entire meal was not even what I wanted and the one thing with potential, wasn’t even correct.
The kids both got the Freddy Faz Bear boxes. The chicken was good. I’m grateful. The cheese bites weren’t warm either.
The only other thing I ordered was a strawberry cheesecake pie… I got apple. I didn’t know until I bit into it. So, literally every single thing I wanted was wrong or replaced with something not great.
We won’t be back. Even though the chicken was good (the ONLY thing that was), everything else was cold or wrong.

Went to pick up an order that was placed two hours prior to closing. Pulled in and the doors were locked. Proceeded to the drive thru. No one answered. Walked back to the door and were told they were closed for the night. Now both google and the store claims they stay open until 11pm. This is ridiculous. The employees are extremely rude. The male employee that spoke to me wasn’t rude and attempted to get the female employee with a terrible mouth and attitude to be quiet. This is really sad considering where the store is located.

Placed an online order and went through the drive thru, we told her our online order then she said she doesn’t have the buns for the sandwich then it went silent and we sat there for 5 mins and then I pulled up to the window and I saw only one person. I sat at the window for a good 5-10 mins and got no service AT ALL and this was at 10pm 2 days ago. There was also a truck in front of me who didn’t get his order so idk what was happening that night but definitely ain’t going back
