When I arrived at the store, I was pulled forward to wait for my food. We sat there 30 minutes and nobody ever came. I went in and nobody had started my order at all. When I questioned the manager about it, she yelled at me and told me to leave the store. This is the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. I will never go to this store again. I’ll make the trip to Huntsville. They know how to treat customers.

The food is great but inconsistent. So is the pricing. I appreciate that they are under staffed as many places are right now. But, Basic things that people expect when they come to corporate chain food places are, the same taste, the same sizes, consistent pricing. I was quoted $75 and change for an order of 58 chicken strips. A week later when I came to pick up my order, I paid $99 and change. When one person works, you get one price. When someone’s else is working, you get a different price. I highly suggest upper management come from out of town and figure out why there is so much inconsistency. I’ve only been here 3 times and 2 of those times I’ve had issues. Everyone is really nice and I appreciate that but, I’d also appreciate consistency.

Absolutely horrible service!!! We walked in and waited at the counter for 20 minutes with nobody acknowledging us. There were two girls at the window arguing with a customer complaining. Then two guys making food and nobody said anything. After waiting a girl came and said they were closing the lobby down and for us to order through the drive thru. Would have been nice to know that when we first came in so we didn’t have to wait so long. Thursday afternoon around 6:20. From the looks at other reviews we aren’t the only ones that got treated this way. Something needs to be done!!

Mostly, you have to be extra committed to greasy food. Our chicken was dripping with grease or oil. I won’t have it again. It was too much for me, with the grease or oil. The bottom of the box should be covered in paper towels, if it’s going to be like that. Really.

My last visit here at this Popeye’s didn’t actually happen. We pulled up in the drive-thru @ approximately 3:30pm, behind a guy in a truck. We thought the guy was ordering, but after sitting there for over 10 mins, we decided to pull to the window to see what the holdup was. We knocked on the window a few times, then realized there wasn’t even anyone inside the restaurant. Not 1 single employee was working. We checked the doors and windows to see if there was any kind of note stating they had to close for the day for whatever, but there was nothing.
