Food was horrible chicken was not done fries were very hard I added pictures we are very dissatisfied this was unacceptable a waste of money and ruined our family dinner never going back !!! Customer service was also very bad the lady that got our order was rude she closed the window while I was asking for sauce and ignored me !! The door was closed at 8 pm it was suppose to be open til 11 pm we are never going back this food should not be sold to ANYONE !!!! Please see attached images !!!

Food was okay at least what we got of it. Ordered online then got home and was missing 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. Went back to the store with receipt and photos of what we got. And before I even got in the door the cashier was rude. She says she personally put the sandwiches in the bag and said you won’t be getting anymore food from me . She was laughing and chatting with the other employees. She said call corporate. She definitely needs to be retrained or let go.

I had a pleasant experience, I ordered through the app and once I got to the drive-through, my food was actually hot and ready for me. The only issue I had, was that my French fries weren’t right, I parked my car went back in and the manager was so sweet. She instantly took my bag and made me a brand new fry, which was nice and hot with no Attitude, nor was she dismissive. That was my first time actually coming here, I’ll definitely be back ✨

This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to, my food was cold and I ask for either the food to be remade or a refund they literally told me they aren’t doing either because the wrap including the chicken on the wrap should be cold and also look at the chicken that they put on both the wrap, this is unacceptable.

Ordered online. Picked up through the drive thru was told that they didn’t have slaw available as a side which was fine so I asked to just have any side that was ready, they didn’t add it to the bag. Along with my other meals I had chicken and no sides or sauces when it specifically asked what sides and sauces on the app. Left drive through to go inside with receipt they acted as if I was the one who bagged the food . Like had I had what I needed I would’ve never came inside . The time before this I ordered online and the food still wasn’t ready after 40 min service was terrible and the order wasn’t right. This location could do better, the potential just isn’t there .

I placed an order, and when I checked out, my mac and cheese was missing.
I went back to the window and told her, and she looked at me with a look of something. Then another woman came over, who couldn’t have been more upset when I handed her the bag to check out. When she handed me back the bag, she rudely handed it back to me and closed the window, not even apologizing. Then they came with some crappy mac and cheese that was disgusting. They even looked reheated.
If you don’t know how to serve people, look for another job.
And teach people to be more attentive with orders and treat customers well, because that’s why restaurants stay open.

Employees are very rude and dont know how to speak to people. The food is nasty it doesn’t have any seasoning. The atmosphere is bad only because of the rude workers.

I eat at Popeyes on Murfreesboro Pike atleast twice a week or more. No matter if my daughter and I are dining in or picking our food up, the staff is always friendly and we get exactly what we ordered hot and fresh and ready in a timely manner ! Best Popeyes around!

The manager is a rude person. I call him because I order in the drive thru and he hang up on my face. They were wrong in all my order. I ordered 2 sandwich combos, one no pickles and it had pickles, also one of the combos didn’t had the fries and also they didn’t give me the 2 drinks. I also ordered boneless wings and they gave me that bone in. That unprofessional manager told me to bring the food, the question is how I’m goin to bring something that I didn’t receive (drinks and the fries). Also I live like 15 mins away and they want me to go like the gas Is free. I told him check the camera to see if they put my drinks or fries and he was rude. You need to improve your actitud if not don’t work as a manager in a customer service position. I’m gonna complain on the corporate.
