The food was warm, however the cashier didn’t know how to work the register or even listen. We had ordered a grilled chicken ranch wrap, was charged for the Asiago ranch chicken club sandwich, got that sandwich and went to exchange it where they said “Oh it wouldn’t be more for the wrap” then proceeds to try to charge us for the wrap! There is a $1.10 difference between the 2 items, which we also didn’t refunded for. On the other hand the lobby was SUPER clean (and slippery) because they mopped up the salt 3 times during our visit. The food line workers have attitude, and weren’t very helpful when the cashier asked for it.

The last time I stopped there it took 15 to get a cob salad, a Backnator and two cups of chile. I went in today and ordered a baconator executive without ketchup and mayo. They didn’t put ketchup or mayo on it, but also didn’t put the damn bacon on it!

HORRIBLE service and sandwich. I asked for two baconators with lettuce and tomato. Was charged extra for those are expected. What I received is an embarrassment and pure lazy. No Bacon, lettuce, tomato or Mayo. A burger with cheese smothered is ketchup. Don’t waste your money or time ever at this location.

Got a ceaser salad that had a lot of black, rotting pieces of lettuce in it, so much for “Fresh”.
I took it back and got a replacement that still had rotten lettuce pieces, just less of them.

Cashier couldn’t figure out my order (a shake and a frosty). Didn’t seem like many employees or managers to help. I left without getting anything. Restroom toilet could be cleaned or replaced.

Ordered a Dave’s double and a son of a baconator. Arrived at the window to pay, only to find a scowling young lady, who was less than rude. She didn’t thank us or ask us to have a nice day and she didn’t count back the change or even state how much we were getting back. The Dave’s double was burnt and cold to the touch. The son of a baconator was ice cold. The cheese wasn’t melting. We would have taken it back, but we were in a hurry and didn’t have time to take it back. I would not recommend this location. Food and service both were unacceptable. We threw the sandwiches away. $20 down the drain. Mind you, this was not during a lunch or dinner rush, it was 3:30. The food should have been smoking hot and not burnt to a crisp. The cashier could have at least said hello, thank you or even the amount with a smile on her face.
