They only had the drive thru open. It was a longg line to start with. After we finally made it to place the order. We pull up to the window to pay. We pay then we get told it’s gonna be a even longer wait. What! Why did you wait till I already paid before you tell me this??? SO,we were tried ,and hungry so we wait. Man, the chicken had been cooked in not only old oil, but old oil that shrimp had been cooked with our chicken. You could taste it. Half of the chicken when it the trash can. Made me sick after eating. Wayyy too much grease..

Used the mobile app to submit an order at 12:35 pm. When I arrived at the store they said they would not open till 1:30. That’s understandable that things happen sometimes. When I inquired about a refund they replied very rudely “I don’t know you need to call them.”
