This was my first time ordering from this Popeyes. I had it delivered to their local hospital. Everything that could go wrong with my order did. The best thing about the order was the delivery driver. My food was hard and Ice cold. No sauce for the garlic cheese bites. The bbq had BBQ sauce on the top. The fries and cheese bites were greasy and cold. The cheese bites were lumpy together. Tenders hard, and I didn’t even try the biscuits. I had to call the store to even see what was going on with my food. It took over 45 minutes to get food from Battle to Stone. I’m not familiar with the area since I’m new to it. But I’m familiar with Popeyes where I’m from and they definitely don’t have these problems. I wasted money and that driver’s gas and time I won’t try again here. The mgr on the phone was rude. You pick your job, it doesn’t pick you.

Lobby was closed so we went through the drive-thru. Food was decent. Fries barely warm and they gave me cocktail sauce instead of honey mustard. But they made up for it by giving me 4 tenders instead of 3.

I had to travel to Talladega, Alabama to finally get my Popeyes chicken and I forgot to order my strawberry biscuits.

Went to get dinner on Monday night after waiting in line for almost an hour, made it to order my food and wanted to try the new chicken wraps. Due to me being allergic to lettuce I asked for no lettuce and was told you have to get wraps with everything on it ( the worker said his boss said it has to be that way) even though they have to build the wraps to order. I was so disappointed and will be contacting corporate I have never heard of such thing.

Dasia, the manager on duty was very helpful. I placed a large order, feeding 15 of my employees. Dasia organized and orchestrated everything with her staff to make sure each order was fresh, hot and exactly as ordered. She labeled each order with the corresponding employees name to make handing out the food that much easier once I returned to my office. She made sure we had all the condiments, utensils and napkins before I left. I was impressed by how friendly she was, how hard she worked to fill the orders quickly & correctly and how much she went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of. THANK YOU DASIA!

Went there on my lunch break and had to wait outside they forgot to drop my food. But Robert straightened everything out and fixed everything. Robert is a very well spoken and a well mannered man. #11 Combo … shrimp was OK, chicken was very thin and tough. Mostly crunchy. Not the best choice. Dirty rice is good.
