Friday the day after New years the restaurant was busy. I placed a mobile order to be ready at 5 pm. The food was correct and fresh. The young man who gave me my order was extremely manner able. I’ll definitely be back. .

It is not the 1st time I place online orders or visit the store to place an order. Everytime I go, I hope I get what I want with no issues and it usually never happens. This time, I ordered at the drive thru. I did not get a receipt and I did not get any sauce at all for my tenders, even though I was asked which flavor sauce I wanted. The tenders had the right flavor ordered but they were very greasy and cold.

Placed an order through Grubhub and showed up right at the pick up time, 30 minutes after I placed the order. They didn’t even start on it yet, and it wasn’t busy so it’s hard for me to think that was the issue. I waited for my food, got it in a decent amount of time, and drove all the way back home to see that they got elements of my order wrong. Wanted Cajun fries with my 8 piece and got red beans and rice (which I don’t like at all) instead…. Again, I ordered through grub hub. “Large Cajun fries” was more than likely on that order ticket clear as day. The chicken was delicious and I loved the biscuits, though, so that earns a star from me.

This was our first time visiting a Popeyes restaurant, and unfortunately it was a terrible experience.
From the moment we arrived, we witnessed an employee outside the restaurant arguing loudly with another employee in the parking lot. They were yelling at each other, which created a very uncomfortable situation.
Once inside, the restaurant was extremely dirty and had a very unpleasant smell. The floor was sticky with dark stains, and there were even a pair of Crocs sandals abandoned on the floor. We tried to overlook these details, but things only got worse.
When we approached the counter, we noticed that the food preparation area was dirty, with food crumbs scattered all over the floor. The smell was so strong that we completely lost our appetite and even felt nauseous.
We also overheard another customer complaining that the soda machine had no ice and was leaking a significant amount of water.
Overall, this experience was unacceptable and very disappointing, especially for a first visit.

The 1st order was totally wrong, the lady asked for the box back while admitting she gave me the wrong food. The replacement meal was old and smelly. You could smell the chicken when you opened the box as if it was spoiled. Popeyes needs to do better or go on out of business PERIODT ‼️

i’ve been here 3-4 times. I try to order online after work (at least 20 mins before i get there,) but every single time i’m stuck waiting in the parking lot for 30+ minutes. Even then, there is ALWAYS at least two things missing from my order. Even after going inside, it’s just a bunch of teenagers messing around with a line full of people waiting for their order. Just the worst fast food service I’ve ever gotten. If my patience hadn’t been ran thin, maybe I could go back and get the stuff that was on my order, but by the time I get it, I’m ready to go. Do not go here, go to literally any other location.

I ordered in the parking lot for pick-up and they still can’t get an order right. Got home 30 minutes away and realized I had no sides in my family meal,and the ghost pepper wings…weren’t. They threw some Cajun spice on them as if I wouldn’t notice. Tried to call but clearly the phone was off the hook. Drove back up there,and they were not apologetic at all. Guess their used to this.

Never again! This location usually in the by past has issues with not fulfilling your order correct or inventory not being available. I was under the impression things had gotten better; but what can you expect when the recent inspection was a fail after a infestation of roaches, which was discovered after the fact. This left me sick after bitting into a pool of bloody chicken. This left me traumatized.
