I like eating here, but I had to leave this review because they haven’t responded to my feedback. This time, I bought a soda and went to get lemonade, but they didn’t have any. So, of the options available, I chose the orange soda. I put the lid on. I didn’t see anything, I was waiting for them to call my number. I finished eating and went home, taking some more soda with me. I didn’t notice that the machine dispensed something black. It didn’t float; it was at the bottom. I don’t know if it was mold or some other substance. It made me incredibly nauseous. I noticed because the soda was orange, and I could see the bottom. But seriously, check the machines. It’s disgusting. It’s something that doesn’t float; it sinks to the bottom. I tried to submit a complaint through the app, but it didn’t work. I hope you pay more attention to those machines. God only knows how many disgusting things people have gone through without realizing they’re drinking that, because the soda is dark. It moves around and spreads. I honestly don’t know if I’ll ever eat here again, but I’m warning everyone so others are aware.

Absolutely terrible! After working a 12 hour shift, we decided to do a Popeyes family chicken box for dinner. Place the order on my app When I got to the window, they said we’re out of fries. So I picked the other side sides, Then they said we’re out of drink holders. How am I supposed to carry four drinks home with two cupholders in my car? They gave me my food and I had to do a balancing act for miles and miles with 2 cups on top of each other carefully holding them so they won’t fall over. When I got home and opened our food, I was absolutely disgusted by the garbage they served us. The chicken was so old and dried up. It wasn’t even edible. It looked like they’ve been under heat lamps all day long sunbathing. It was so hard and dried out you couldn’t even cut it. I don’t know what’s going on, prices are very expensive and then to be served old trashed dried out garbage food on top of it is completely unacceptable.!!! The last thing I needed after working a 12 hour day and too tired to cook at home so we choose Popeyes and get served absolute crap and spent 30 bucks for it. Corporate really needs to go look at this store, because after reading the other Reviews the management and ownership of this location don’t give a damn what the hell’s getting served to the customers. We won’t be back, you’ve lost a customer for good ….. The reviews don’t lie people this place is disgusting.

As the other reviews say, this place is seriously hit or miss and I usually don’t waste time to review their fails but this was a doozy.
I picked up an online order last night and it seemed to go unusually smooth. Atleast until I got home to see what is pictured below. I guess this was better than them telling me that they don’t have my food, like they have in the past but seriously…. who is handling the stock here??? Well they can’t ever seem to put on the food in the bag. I have to check before I pull away or I promise something will be missing 9 out of 10 times. Once I was told to pull to the curb and they would bring out my food after 30 minutes I walk inside to find out that they had put it in the Uber eats pile and didn’t even say sorry so now the food isnt fresh any more. I wouldn’t say that the staff is rude all the time but they’re definitely not very friendly either. Other than the pieces of chicken seeming extremely small every time the food tastes amazing I can’t complain about that

I was so excited to try the fish sandwich for the first time, and to make the 30-minute drive to get the three-piece spicy chicken for $5 deal. When I got there they gave me a hassle about my order wasn’t showing up as paid for and their system so I had to wait and show them that I had paid for it, and then I was asked to pull forward and wait so I assumed it was to make fresh food, so wrong. The fish sandwich was not fresh because I took it out immediately and took a bite out of excitement, it was so thin you could not taste any fish, and the tartar sauce had so much horseradish in it was just a bun with some sauce and crust between it. Then I took out a chicken wing, even though it’s a three-piece dark meat which wings are not dark meat, but still I love chicken wings so I thought a bonus was about to happen, so wrong again! It was so dried up and had been sitting there clearly for hours bare minimum, I do not know what I waited in the Drive-Thru for so long, because there were no other customers behind me or in the store, and nothing was hot and fresh that I received. By far my very absolute worst experience with a Popeye’s restaurant or any chicken restaurant in the United States and that says a lot! Make sure to look at the pictures because they do not lie either!

Wish I didn’t have to give not one star. Food is always cold, the wait is extremely ridiculous, & the service feels like you’re being served by four 6 year olds. They don’t greet you when you walk in. They just walk past you with ugly faces. Like why are you even here today ? You have to stop them to ask for service, they never say, give me a min, I’ll be right with you, to acknowledge that they see you standing there, no matter how patiently you’ve been standing there waiting for service. Lastly but not least, they not even serving customers full portions of the sides & if customers says, hey can you please fill this up for me please, it’s only half way & I paid full price please. The server & cashier Just stand there, looking down at the food with this ugly unit in her face stating back to the Customer, that is full & walk away from the customer, customer still standing there waiting patiently. Manager comes over & ask how can I help you ? Customer states the exact same statement ? Can you please fill this up in the most respectful calmness way ? Customer stating, I paid full price & my container is only halfway. Manager looks down at the food, pick it up & filled it up as it should have been from jump. The whole team needs to be changed out, for better service, fresh hot & ready to go. A team that appreciates all customers & proper servings. Got the nerve to report someone & this whole team is a mess.

Hands down the worst Popeyes experience I’ve ever had. I arrived a full hour before closing, and the staff REFUSED to take my order. No reason given, no apology just rude attitudes and zero professionalism.
This is a fast food restaurant, not a favor center. If you don’t want to serve customers, lock the doors and stop wasting people’s time. Management clearly has no control here. Completely unacceptable and embarrassing.
Avoid this location unless you enjoy being treated like you don’t matter.

Slowest and worst service ever. Ordered and paid on app showed employees the confirmation code 3 times told them the name and even spelled it out 4 times. Too focused and worried about DoorDash driver orders to pay any attention to the actual customers inside of the restaurant. We waited almost 35 mins after for them to say they couldn’t find the order, but order said ready to be picked up on app at that location. Wasn’t about to wait an hour for fast food, so we left and canceled order. Will NOT be eating at this establishment ever again. Do better!

Popeyes the company as a Whole is completely out of touch, I ordered a four piece combo with a large beans and rice and the total was $24!
$24 for one single person, this is ridiculous. I canceled my order and went to a local restaurant, ordered delicious food, had somebody wait on me and even had a beer. $30 out the door, including tip.
