I have been a regular customer at your location (or through your delivery services) for some time, but unfortunately, I must now express my serious disappointment with the consistent decline in service and product quality. After multiple frustrating experiences, I feel the restaurant seriously needs an overhaul to restore trust and meet even basic McDonald’s standards.
Over the past several months, I have encountered the following recurring problems on far too many occasions:
Incorrect Orders: On numerous visits (both in-person and via delivery/app orders), my order has been prepared incorrectly. This includes wrong items substituted without notice, missing key components of meals (e.g., no sauce, wrong burger type, or incorrect sides), or entirely wrong meals handed out/delivered.
Missing Items from Delivery: Delivery orders have frequently arrived incomplete. Items paid for—such as drinks, sides, desserts, or even main entrees—are simply not included in the bag. This has happened repeatedly, forcing me to either go without or contact support after the fact, which is inconvenient and time-consuming.
Subpar Food Quality: Even when the order is correct and complete, the food itself has fallen well below what I expect from McDonald’s. Examples include cold/fried items that are soggy or overcooked, burgers that appear hastily assembled with uneven toppings, fries that are limp and under-salted, or overall meals that lack the freshness and taste consistency McDonald’s is known for.
These issues have occurred across at least 5 separate visits/deliveries in recent months, making it feel like a pattern rather than isolated mistakes. As a loyal customer who values convenience and reliability, it’s disheartening to deal with these problems so frequently—it has significantly diminished my confidence in this location.
I understand that mistakes can happen, especially during busy periods, but the frequency and lack of improvement suggest deeper issues with training, quality control, order verification processes, or staff oversight that need addressing. I do not require a refund nor a free meal. I just want a better experience. I am not angry…..just disappointed.

Very slow service and this location is terribly dirty. There was staff cleaning more than half the time we were there and it looked the same as when we walked in. Ketchup on the floor and trash overflowing. The sweet tea was out and they were out of several sauces.

Went through the drive-through to grab a quick bite to eat on the way home with a 40 minute drive ordered two cheeseburgers and a fish fillet. The lady in the window didn’t even register my fish fillet even though she asked me if I wanted the combo or not so I had to get that fixed and then I finally get my food after waiting at the little parking area for it. I went to grab my fish fillet two minutes after getting it and it’s actually solid as a Rock. I had to call a different location because I couldn’t get a hold of anybody at this location. And they could hear how hard it was through the phone by me, knocking on the sandwich itself

Asked for a Big Mac and this is what they gave me. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. These workers need to be watched while they make the burgers. This is not the first time this has happened. The person who made this wrote up. Does this look like a Big Mac to you?

Food slopped together, missing sauces, had to as for chocolate milks that were ordered table side. Ordered 3 4 piece happy meals with sweet and sour. None was in boxes. Went to get ketchup and our other drinks, ice empty, ketchup empty. Asked for ketchup and S&S at counter, was given 6 packets of ketchup and 2 sweet and sour then looked at like I was stupid.

Lobby was disgusting, trash so full it was falling out. Had to wipe our own table. But seen at least 6 people behind the counter. Labor wasn’t high, someone could have cleaned. Sincerely an employee of another McDonald’s

I do not even know why I keep going back to this McDonald’s. The order is never right. Ordered a 10 piece nugget meal thru drive thru…my fries were only half full and only had eight nuggets and my tea was not half cut…it was like drinking straight sugar.

Went threw the drive thru 2days back to back. Both tomes the “side 1” speaker was hard to hear and person should been trained better with window orders.
The second window wasn’t as bad as the first or person taking the order.
Definitely need to check the order!
The apples with the oatmeal dated 8.3.2026….they were ruined. Plus didn’t know apples lasted a year.
Definitely recommend a different McDonald’s that isn’t Dayton.

Great customer service! Cali was such a sweet, well mannered young lady. Helped me with my order and made sure everything was correct. She even recommended a new drink for me to try and it was really good. She really made my day.

Every time I order a happy meal. I am shorted items. Tuesday I wasn’t given in sauce. Today, Thursday they didn’t give me the French fries. Im tired of getting home and having an upset toddler. Fix it!
