First of all we ordered and the waitress said our food should take like 12 to 15 minutes but that didnt happen it was double the time . Then my food came out and I had to return the shell eggs were so ugly and I do t like to return my food then she came out with the shell eggs and oh they were just as bad but I stayed with the plate I should’ve sent it back of course I didn’t eat it though and here’s a Pic of what they looked like it seems to me like they were all yolks horrible.

Everything was fine. Service and food pretty good, nothing to complain about except server hygiene. A server was consistently scratching their nose and rubbing their eyes without and hand washing and coughing open mouth all over multiple plates of food. Did not eat.

Dont know in what world these are strawberry pancakes. No whipped cream no syrup no strawberries. Every time we go to this store its a problem. Also ordered trea leches pancakes only pancake on top had very little glaze. Store has become so cheap.

Oh man, what a great place for some great breakfast. Making it through the front doors, it was pretty busy and I thought the wait time was going to be long but, to my surprise, it was about a 10 minute wait. The staff is hard at work, we were greeted upon entry so I took that opportunity to take some pictures for you all. We were finally seated, our server was amazing, he greeted us, took our drink orders, and within a few minutes it was back at the table with our beverages. From the pictures you will see what we ordered and that came back to us hot and delicious. All the food was so savory, colorful, and made you want seconds. All the other families that were there in the morning, seemed very happy with their food, smiles on their faces, and the staff was super professional and they were all working together to bring us our meals. Upgraded from 3 star to 5.
Went again this morning. The service was alot better. We had Maritza as our server and she was great, we also had Nathaniel going table to table to see if anything was needed. He was the assistant manager or manager I’m not sure but either way I liked that he was out and about not just in the office. Like I said service was great food was excellent and the place looked clean. No issues this time. I will definitely go again. Sorry no pictures this time food was really good that I forgot.

Went there once again, ordered same thing but even though the female waitress was new she does represent IHOP so I have to be honest. First off I could tell she did not want to be there, she took our order. Everything we asked her she did not know she had to look at the menu to find the answer. My mom ordered the jalapeno kick burger and there was no spice to it. The cheese that was on there was Sherreded but not melted and it was not spicy. My burger didn’t have any BBQ sauce. Seems like cook was at fault but the waitress didn’t even ask if everything was ok. Based on previous visits I would still go here but I would try to avoid her don’t remember her name but she was brown skin short, skinny and had short hair.

Ordered the new Wonka burger. It was really good. I like BBQ sauce so it needed it.

Ordered the cowboy burger again and it was very good
IHOP never fails. Always good
Edit: went again and tried the cowboy burger. It was good but a bit sauce but still very good.

This IHOP is usually very busy during weekends ans specially during breakfast hours but they serve you fast. We were called for a table very quick. The food was really good. Hot coffee and hot meals. Pancakes were hot and fluffy. Southwest bowl was full of flavor. Our server was busy but he tried his best give us his best service. We will return soon

The sampler was tasty, the eggs were cooked perfectly over medium, the bacon was tasty and slightly crispy, the sausage and ham tasted good, the hash brown was crispy outside soft on the inside, the salsa was home made from my garden so i can’t rate that here.
The banana strawberry hotcakes were so so, they didn’t look as appetizing as the menu.
Overall a okay place for breakfast, it will fill your stomach.

Remodelation was a good choice, place seems bigger, food is freshly made, loved blueberry pancakes, and the new flavor lemonades are great., We missed honey flavors, just one available, Ihope is a great place at any time of the day, prices too.

I went to have dinner at this location, where I ordered 2 plates and a child plate. Toward the end of the meal, i felt something in my mouth that was certainly not food, and spit it out to my plate. Unfortunately, i found it until the end of the meal, but I did take a picture (attached). It was some piece of plastic from something.
I immediately flagged the waiter and let him know what happened, which he then proceeded to go “talk to the manager” and came back to inform me the manager said he could give us a free desert. Needless to say, I was not happy, and simply asked to have him remove the meal (my wife’s plate) off the tab and that I would pay.
The waiter then came back and showed me new receipt, which he has removed the kids plate. I got up and walked to the register and asked to speak to the manager. I was told he was “busy” but I waited until he came out. He took a while messing with the register and finally removed an order and added the kids plate again.
It took every fiber in me to not just walk out and not pay, but i paid my bill and left.
I simply think it was not the right way to address the situation, not to mentioned they were making it seem as if I was trying to get out of paying for a meal. I even told them to check the cameras to make sure they saw I did not put it there or anything like that.
Manager had no name tag and was very rude, but did not want to escalate anything, so I let it go.
Never going back to this location.
