Went at 9pm tonight and was not expecting for it to be this good. I ordered a 14pc tender family meal and got all of my food completely fresh. Only waited 15 minutes and staff was very nice. (My rice was uncooked but everything else was good)

Listen back in 2021, 2022. The customer service experience was god awful so much. I refused to go there as a customer and as a delivery driver this new team that I believe has been there a few months now is amazing. The entire staff is friendly helpful, they’re quick .. Worst Popeyes EVER!! Waited in line in drive-thru for an hour and half. Barely any cars in the drive thru, no one dining inside. 5 people working the shift with only 3 cars in drive-thru. The intercom lady kept saying “one second, one second” took 45minutes. Don’t come to this Popeyes! Will be reporting to corporate.

Spicy chicken tenders seemed fried many times to make them seem fresh. They were hard to chew and tasted old. Fries were really good and fresh. Over $32 dollars for just two meals though. Not worth it.

Here for vacation. The food is 10/10. April 1st we went about 12. The drive thru was an hour wait however dining in 5-10 min wait. It was very frustrating watching people leave with food while I had to sit and wait with my family. The gets 100 stars.
