I hardly ever go to a Wendy’s, I seen to always get the racist people to take my order. My name is Hector and for some reason the cashier thought it was hilarious to put my name as Hater. I will just have to stay away from this restaurant.

Con: Customer service is definitely lacking.
Ordered via drive thru, initially was informed “system was down”. There was no chili available. Then was asked to park for 10 nuggets and a salad.
I was the only vehicle there.
This is the 3rd time I give this place a try. “Third time’s the charm” was obviously not the result.
Additionally the place needs a facelift.

The staff got my order correct but weren’t as fast as other places. It wasn’t a terribly long wait though for my 40 chicken nuggets. The spicy nuggets were quite fresh.

Went through the drive thru, ordered 3 combos and they forgot 3 large drinks. There was no one else there, just the workers chit chatting with each other. Had to go inside which was okay, mistakes happen what was off putting was no apology given, just handed me 3 large cups and said “here”. Rude and won’t be coming back. Now I see why no one was at this location.

Horrendous customer service. The staff were rude, and looked as if they hadn’t cleaned in weeks. They were out of or claimed to be out of multiple items. Don’t think I’ll go back to this location, should have known being it was the only fast food place with an empty parking like at 1130 A.M. on a tuesday.

Worst experience ever. Ordered thru mobile app and my order was still all wrong. Gave me a burger that had been sitting for days. Couldn’t refund me because I ordered through the app.

My wife and I got the chicken sandwhich. Hers was regular and mines was spicy.
I’ve never had an issue at this location but the spicy chicken meal I got this time, the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way thru. Some parts were hard to chew and I noticed the difference.
Disappointed for the drink as well. Strawberry lemonade wasn’t as sweet as usual.
This is the closest Wendy’s to my home and work and I’m a regular customer.

Did the drive thur for the medium ice coffee and cinnamon roll deal at $5. It was fast but I was the only one in line. My daughter enjoyed it. Thinks it’s worth the $5 for the combo. I rated it neutral because a week prior to this around lunch time it took 15 minutes to place an order. The lobby line was being ignore to handle drive thur and it was 1 other person in front of me. The staff didn’t communicate anything to us but just had us standing there. The Astro’s deal was fair for the $$.

Went here for my chili that I love, and got this!! It’s super watery, no flavor not even in the meat . The meat itself was pink . I ordered three of the large and it came in a medium.super disappointed . Even my dog won’t eat it . Other than the food itself the staff was super nice . I feel bad leaving this review, but I didn’t get to eat dinner .
